The popular comedian, Munawar Faruqui bagged the winner's title by beating the other four strong finalists, Ankita Lokhande, Abhishek Kumar, Mannara Chopra, and Arun Mashetty. There's no denying the fact that each of the contestants worked really hard and left us mesmerised throughout the entire season. The game ended between Abhishek and Munawar. However, the audience has been rooting for Abhishek to win, and some were even left heartbroken as he failed to mark himself as the winner of BB 17. Now, Bigg Boss OTT 2's runner-up, Abhishek Malhan reacted to the same by seemingly taking a jibe at Salman Khan.
Taking to his IG handle, Abhishek Malhan from Bigg Boss OTT 2 reacted after Munawar Faruqui was declared the winner of Bigg Boss 17 by beating Abhishek Kumar. As per a report by Filmibeat, Munawar got five times more votes than Abhishek. However, it's worth mentioning that no such confirmation has yet been made by any official channel. Coming back to Abhishek Malhan's reaction. The BB OTT 2 runner-up seemingly took a jibe at Salman Khan and joyfully added that no one named 'Abhishek' can win in front of Bhaijaan.

It left us with no doubt that Abhishek Malhan talked about Salman's past relationship with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who is married to Abhishek Bachchan. Malhan's tweet can be read as:
"Salman bhai k age ABHISHEK name ka banda to ni jeetsktaaa kabhi...BB 18 m Ayushman name leke enter krte."
As soon as Abhishek Malhan posted the tweet, netizens rushed to the comment section to drop their opinions. While some took his comment in a playful way, others reacted angrily to his remark. Reacting to the tweet, one user wrote, "Jo mrzi keh do jeet tm ni skty.." Another user penned, "Agar aap aarhe ho to affidavit karwa lo. Ayushman Malhan, Not Bad." The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winning race was between Abhishek Malhan and Elvish Yadav. While Abhishek won everyone's hearts with his marvellous performance throughout the entire season, Elvish created history by being the wild card contestant to win the season. As per a video of the BB OTT 2 winner, he got 280 million votes in only just 15 minutes, which made him the winner while keeping Abhishek as the runner-up.

Munawar Faruqui got the best birthday gift of his life as he was announced as the winner of the Bigg Boss 17. The comedian won the winner's trophy along with the prize money of Rs. 50 lakhs and a swanky ride whose price ranges from Rs. 11 lakhs to almost Rs. 20 lakhs. It was even speculated that Bigg Boss makers were already fixated upon announcing Munawar as the winner even before the live voting. However, no such confirmation has yet been made.
