The actress had got rokafied with her long-time boyfriend, Aditya Banerjee on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
Aastha's pre-wedding ceremony had kickstarted with haldi rasam on October 23, 2022. The gorgeous actress had posted glimpses from the same, in which she had looked stunning in a pink and white coloured saree, which she had paired with a pink balloon-sleeved blouse and floral jewellery. She had captioned the pictures as:

On April 28, 2022, Aastha Chaudhary took to her IG handle and posted surreal pictures from her wedding with Aditya Banerjee. The pictures featured various rituals from the wedding ceremony like the kanyadaan, vidaai and other moments. In the pictures, Aastha looked dreamy in a red-coloured saree, which she had teamed up with a red dupatta.
She accessorised her look with gold jewellery, which had green-coloured beads and stones. On the other hand, her groom complemented her in a peach-coloured sherwani. She captioned the pictures as:
"In the light of Love, Faith & Blessings, We decided to unite forever. 25-04-2022 Aastha & Aditya."
In an interview with the ETimes, Aastha Chaudhary had talked about her wedding plans. Talking about the same, Aastha had said:
"I always wished to have a simple Vedic wedding. I have never been too keen on spending a lot of money on my big day in an attempt to make it grand. We aren't doing too many things and even the functions and rituals are a bare minimum, which will take place on April 23, two days prior to the wedding."

Further in the conversation, Aastha had also talked about delaying her honeymoon plans and had shared:
"We had thought of going to Italy, but I am not too keen owing to COVID-led restrictions. I am fine with the idea of not travelling amidst restrictions. We will go for our honeymoon when the situation is better and we can move freely.”
