Aanchal Khurana recalls how Shivangi Joshi warned her to stay away from her boyfriend
Aanchal Khurana took to her Instagram handle and shared a lengthy video calling out her former co-star, Shivangi Joshi. The actress recalled how a few years back she was working with Joshi when her allegedly "private boyfriend" came to the set. However, a few hours later, Khurana and one of her friends received a text from Joshi warning her not to hit on her boyfriend.
Aanchal Khurana claimed that Shivangi Joshi's alleged boyfriend had lied to her about them hitting on her. While Aanchal Khurana didn't name anyone, fans are certain that she was talking about Shivangi Joshi's ex-boyfriend Kushal Tandon. Khurana was quoted as saying:
"Shivangi Joshi. Kuch saal pehle main ek show kar rahi thi jab inke super so-called private boyfriend humare show pe aaye, aur inka ek lamba choda text mujhe aur meri friend ko aaya ki, 'mere bande se door raho, tum uspe line maar rahi ho'. Jab ki inki bande ne inko jhoot bataya."
A comment on the video read, "Omg! Aanchal Khurana completely exposed Shivangi! Apparently Kushal flirted with Aanchal too, but Shivangi sent a threatening text warning her to stay away from him!!" A fan defended the actress and wrote, "And what else should a girlfriend do, and why is she giving in to his flirting? Why can't Aanchal threaten Kushal that she'll expose him to Shivangi???" For the unversed, this revelation has come after Shreya Kalra claimed Kushal flirted with her and said Shivangi Joshi became emotional after she warned her about it.

Further in the conversation, she went on to call out the actress' fandom, who blindly supports her and is willing to attack anyone without knowing the complete truth. Aanchal Khurana also weighed in on the latest controversy surrounding Lock Upp Season 2, where Harshad Chopda gave up his finalist spot to help Shivangi Joshi secure a place in the finale.
While many viewers praised Harshad Chopda's selfless gesture, Aanchal Khurana claimed that Shivangi Joshi's behaviour off-camera is very different from what audiences see on screen. She shared that while Chopda really was the selfless person that he appears to be, Shivangi was just putting up an act to get ahead, which the audience saw in the recent episode. She was quoted as saying:
"Mujhe koi farak nahi padta, mujhe farak sirf iss baat ka padta hai ki jo jhuti image portray karte hain na, saare ke saare, aur jab main fact split kar deti hu bahar aake toh saari inki fandom aake ulti seedhi gaaliyan bakti hai. Guys, you don't even know them personally; I've literally worked with them. Tum nahi jaantey. Aaj jaise inka mukhauta dekha na Harshad ke time pe kaisa phata ye inki real personality hai."
