In an interview, Junaid shared that he was very happy for his dad. He called Gauri Spratt lovely and sweet. Junaid mentioned that he didn’t know about Aamir and Gauri’s relationship until he revealed it to the media. For the unversed, on March 13, 2025, Aamir surprised everyone by introducing his ladylove, Gauri Spratt, who is a mother to a boy named Quinn. Junaid was quoted as saying:

"Gauri is lovely, she is very sweet. I am genuinely really happy for him. I am not sure how long it was before he revealed it to the media. Eventually, it’s a personal relationship, and it will remain that way."

When Aamir Khan got candid about finding love in his 60s

Aamir and Gauri’s story has once again proved that falling in love has boundaries. During a candid chat, Aamir shared that there was a time in his life when he thought that his relationship with his kids and their moms was enough for the time. The PK actor mentioned that as he was nearing his 60s at that time, he was sure he would not find anyone. However, suddenly, Gauri entered his life and changed everything. Aamir stated that Gauri is the biggest green flag he has ever seen. He was quoted as saying:

"Gauri, woh mujhe mili, kyunki us waqt mujhe laga tha ki ab meri umer bhi hogayi hai. Is umer mein mai kaha dhunduga. Toh mujhe nai lagta ki mujhe ab koi milega 58 mai 59 ka hogya mujhe kaha ab milega. 2-3 years back, I felt like ki mujhe kaha koi milega. Toh vo by mistake mai aur Gauri mile, dosti bani, connect hua."

In 2025, Aamir revealed that he met Gauri 25 years ago. However, love blossomed in recent years. They lost contact due to work commitments. He shared that they are very serious and committed to each other. Now, after two years of dating, Aamir and Gauri are all set to embark on a new chapter as a couple. Aamir confirmed that he is all set to get married to Gauri on July 5, 2026. Although, the pair reportedly share an age gap of 13 years, they have been very into each other. Giving a rare glimpse into their relationship, Aamir said at the time that he sings for Gauri every day. He was quoted as saying:

"Gauri and I met 25 years ago, and now we are partners. We are very serious and committed to each other. We have been together for a year and a half."
