Sushant Singh Rajput and his love for all things starry in the space is known to all. The actor owned a land on the moon. It was in 2018 when Sushant Singh Rajput purchased a piece of land on the far side of the moon called the Mare Muscoviense or the 'Sea of Muscovy'. According to the report, the land on the moon had cost him Rs. 55 lakhs. Sushant was so much in love with the moon that he owned a telescope named Meade 14″ LX600, which helped him watch the piece of land.
Shah Rukh Khan, who is hailed as the Badshaah, also owns a land on the moon. It was in 2009 that Shah Rukh revealed that a kind lady from Australia had been buying a little land for him every year on his birthday. The area which Shah Rukh owns is called 'Sea of Tranquility'. According to a report in India.com, the price of the 1-acre land is approximately USD 37.50. And the superstar has been gifted several acres of land since then.
Another two celebrities, who also own land on the moon are Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and her BFF, Ankit Gupta. Their chemistry was loved in the show, Udaariyaan. Later, their bond was shone on the reality show, Bigg Boss 16. After coming out of the Bigg Boss house, a fan of theirs gifted them a piece of land on the moon. The duo is a proud owner of one-acre land on the moon.
