Have you ever wondered why your beautiful relationship suddenly isn’t beautiful anymore? You fight more often than you make love, you are mostly irritated, you find fault in everything your partner does or says, while actually, you don’t know the real reason responsible for the tiff.
At times, habits that we follow unintentionally turn out to be toxic for the relationship. You might feel that there is no harm done in a particular thing that you are doing, but that in turn becomes the main cause for the increasing distance between you and your partner. If you too relate to all of the above then here are those things that you need to stop doing immediately!
If your partner tells you something personal, that is because he or she trusts you. Your relationship is your own personal thing. Do not tell your friends each and everything that goes on between you two. You never know who is happy for you and who is jealous. In addition, it never takes a third person much time to seep into the cracks of a relationship.
If you truly love him and trust him enough, why is there a need to turn into James Bond? This will make you an anxious partner, always waiting for an opportunity to check his personal stuff. Stay calm and unless you see some alarming signs of him cheating on you, let his personal stuff be personal.
If you are upset about something, say it. Let your partner know what is bothering you and clear it out there and then, instead of saying that you are okay and sobbing the entire day about what’s really bothering you!
Again, do not expect things that you know will leave you disappointed and heartbroken. If you are close enough and in a secure and understanding relationship, you can discuss your feelings with each other frankly. That will cause lesser fights and misunderstandings and keep the two of you on the same page.

If you cannot hear anything about your parents, why would your partner want to hear mean things about his/her parents? Discuss it with your best pal or your own mom, but unless you can put across your feelings about his parents in a decent manner, avoid speaking about this sensitive topic.
As much as we want to, we cannot always be right. In addition, on occasions when you also know that you are at fault, you still put in so much time and energy to justify how right you are. Quit doing that. Accept that you are human too and so can be at fault at times. Own up to your mistakes and learn to apologise instead of proving how right you are!
The past is gone, the present is here and you being happy about your present will lead you to a beautiful future; as simple as that! There is a reason why your past isn’t your present anymore, so be at peace with that and never make comparisons. Show gratitude for what you have.
We know you do, but saying it aloud makes it all the more special and meaningful. As we get caught in the daily rut of our careers and home, we forget to acknowledge each other. Make time to convey your true feelings of love and affection to each other more often.
You may not realise its power but it has magical effects. The power of touch and a loving kiss can heal the strongest injuries. Make it a habit and see your stress and worries vanishing away in front of your eyes.
Using fights that happened months ago in a recent one will only increase your misunderstandings. When you resolve a fight, forget and forgive. Do not bring it up again if you have already cleared the air.
Small things make big differences in both, positive and negative ways. Realising your mistakes and not repeating them again is the key here. So, the next time you think of doing any of the above, avoid it for the betterment of your own relationship.
