While Divyaa Agarwal has often made headlines with her web series and reality shows, her husband, Apurva leads a private life. According to a report by Bollywood Life, Apurva is Mumbai-based businessman and restaurateur. It is worth mentioning that not much details about Apurva’s early life are available. Reportedly, he is an engineer by education and also has an MBA degree. However, apart from having a normal corporate life, he decided to manage restaurants. Reportedly, Apurva is the owner of four well-known restaurants.
According to the same report by Bollywood Life, Apurva Padgaonkar owns four restaurants and pubs in Mumbai, which are Soy Street in Vashi, The Tight Pub, Lemon Leaf in Bandra and Pot Pourri in Chembur. It is worth mentioning that Lemon Leaf and Pot Pourri were launched in October 2022. Apart from this, Apurva is also involved in masterclasses and workshops, which encourage women to explore their interest in food, art and entrepreneurship.

Unlike Divyaa's past relationships which often made headlines, this one was kept low-key. In December 2023, Divyaa surprised her fans by announcing her engagement with Apurva. The team called out Bhavya’s actions and shared that the show was not meant to be a personal battleground. A part of the note can be read as:
"What was said and done was deeply uncalled for and unethical. Repeatedly claiming 'I won't say anything' and then continuing to blabber baseless personal narratives only exposes intent, not truth. This was never meant to be a personal battleground it's a game designed to test strength, strategy, and the mind."
