Swara Bhaskar and her husband, Fahad Ahmad shared a heartfelt note for the latter's father, as he continues to battle brain hemorrhage in ICU.
Bollywood actress, Swara Bhaskar and her husband, Fahad Ahmad are facing a tough time as the actress' father-in-law has been hospitialised since the past few days. For those who don't know, Fahad's father suffered a brain hemorrhage and went through a surgery a few days ago. Recently, the couple shared his health update and mentioned that he is currently in ICU. The couple also asked their fans to pray for him.
On December 5, 2025, Fahad Ahmad and Swara Bhaskar shared a joint post on Instagram, in which Fahad had penned a heartfelt message for his father, who is fighting a tough battle in the hospital. In his note, Fahad shared that his father is currently in ICU after the surgery. He also explained that his father has gone through multiple battles and won each one of them. Despite multiple battles, he never compromised with the life of his children. A part of Fahad’s note can be read as:
"My father has fought many battles in his life — and he has won every one of them with unmatched grace, courage, and faith. No matter how difficult the circumstances were, he never compromised on giving his children the best education, the best opportunities, and a life filled with values."
Fahad continued to add that his father has helped several people and patients in their most crucial moments. He has also helped them recover. But now unfortunately, the same man is in ICU, fighting some tough battles. He shared:
"Throughout social work career, he has helped thousands of patients, standing by them in their most critical moments and guiding them toward recovery. Today, the same man who brought healing to so many is being taken on ICU wheels for his own treatment, fighting one of the toughest battles of his life."
Towards the end of the note, Fahad and Swara asked all of their fans to pray for their father’s health and recovery. They explained that the prayers and blessings of all the fans mean a lot to the couple and their family. The note can be read as:
"In this moment, we humbly request you all to keep him in your prayers. Your duas, blessings, and good wishes mean a lot to us. May the Almighty grant him strength, complete recovery, and good health."
On November 30, 2025, Swara Bhaskar had taken to her Instagram handle and revealed the heartbreaking news. She had shared a post, in which she explained that her husband’s father suffered a sudden brain hemorrhage late at night of November 29, 2025, and he went through an operation the next morning. She also requested her fans to pray for him and shared that she won’t be available on social media for a few days.
Swara and Fahad met in 2020, and they soon bonded over shared interests and values. After staying friends for a while, the duo started dating. In January 2023, the couple got married. The same year, the couple welcomed their little angel, Raabiyaa. After which, Swara took a break from acting to be there for her husband and their child. In 2025, Swara and Fahad appeared on the TV reality show, Pati Patni Aur Panga.
