Sanchita Ugale's demise has left everyone shocked. The actress passed away on June 14, 2026, and now her maternal aunt has made some revelations about her demise.
Sanchita Ugale, best known for her role in the popular TV serial, Kumkum Bhagya, tragically passed away on June 14, 2026. According to reports, Sanchita died by suicide and was found dead at her residence in Nalasopara, Mumbai. Sanchita's untimely death left her family and friends heartbroken. However, with her death has come a wave of questions about what actually happened to the actress. Amid the speculations, Sanchita's maternal aunt has made some shocking revelations about her final hours.
In a conversation with Telly Masala, Sanchita Ugale's maternal aunt revealed that after lunch, Sanchita's parents had left for the market. However, when they asked Sanchita to accompany them, the actress refused, saying she would rather attend the dance class with her sister. The parents didn't think much of it, as the actress enjoyed dancing. However, when it was time for her sister's dance class, she told her she didn't want to go and that she should leave without her.
The sister left without Sanchita, leaving her alone at her Nalasopara residence. Sanchita was allegedly alone at home for roughly 40-45 minutes after her sister left for the dance class. Sanchita's aunt further revealed that at around 7:30 p.m., her parents returned from the market to find no one answering the door. Sanchita's maternal aunt was quoted as saying:
"Sabney khana peena khaya, Sanchita ki friend aai, uskey saath khana peena khaya acche se. Phir woh log (Sanchita's parents) bazaar chaley gaye. Woh Sanchita ko boley 'chalo mere saath bazaar mei', toh woh bolei, 'Nahi, mai nahi jaungi', Choti jo thi woh dance class mei jaati thi toh woh boli ki 'mai uskey saath dance class mei jaungi, toh aap log jao'. Woh log chaley gaye, phir 7 bajney mei 10 minute baaki the toh Choti boli, 'chalo late ho raha hai, 7 bajey ka class hai' toh Sanchita phir boli, 'mujhe nahi aana hai, tum jao, mai ghar pe rehti hu'."
However, after some struggle, they managed to open the door, still thinking that the actress must have fallen asleep. Unfortunately, when her father entered her room, he found her hanging from the fan. She stated:
"Woh chaley gaye, lekin 7 bajeney mei 10 minute par jab Choti ne Sanchita ko bola saath chalney toh usney mana kar diya, tab woh bhi chali gayi. 7:30 bjey uskey maa baap aa gaye, toh darwaaza dhakaa maar kar khola. Pehle unhey laga naha rahi hogi ya so gayi hogi, par jab uskey pitaji ne andar jaake dekha toh woh fan pe saadi se latki hui thi."
Sanchita's aunt made another shocking revelation, claiming that when they brought her down from the noose, the actress was still alive, but sadly passed away before they could reach the hospital. She was quoted as saying:
"Meri doosri behen bhi yahi aa rahi thi, aake unhoney usko neeche utara aur hospital leke gaye, tab usmey thodi jaan thi lekin hospital pohonch ke doctor ne bola 'nahi rahi'."
In several comments from Sanchita Ugale's friends and family, one thing has been distinctly common: the actress was under a lot of stress. Sanchita's father claimed that her new show, Saajan Ghar's makers were torturing her, and the actress was severely overworked and sleep-deprived. Before that, Sanchita's friend, Geetanjali, also claimed that the actress was facing issues and not feeling happy about her work. On the other hand, Sanchita's co-star, Paras, also claimed that the actress was being bullied on set.
