On September 4, 2026, Howard revealed that Felix had died shortly after birth. Sharing the news on Instagram, the comedian wrote, "Earlier this year, our family changed forever when our beautiful baby boy, Felix, died shortly after birth." He expressed his gratitude towards the hospital staff who supported him and Morgan.

He shared that the foundation will support specialist bereavement training for healthcare professionals, as well as resources, equipment, and dedicated spaces within hospitals, maternity, and neonatal units. "Providing or funding dedicated rooms, facilities, equipment and resources within hospitals, maternity units, neonatal units and other appropriate healthcare settings, supporting the care, wellbeing and dignity of babies and their families."
