Amid this, social media users have linked Ethan to Tamara Joseph, and now video clips from their old podcast episodes have shown alleged signs that something was going on between them.

According to an old video clip going viral on social media, Ethan Klein suggested planning Tamara Joseph's birthday and offered to pay for it. The clip showed Ethan, Tamara, Zach, and Dan planning a trip to a restaurant called Medieval Times. The YouTuber said, "We could do a company thing. We could do something fun. I've taken my boys there a few times; it is fun. And the food is fun. You eat with your hands and shit."
However, when Dan said that it would be a company trip to Medieval Times, Ethan Klein corrected him, saying that he would let Tamara Joseph decide since it was her birthday party. He said, "I'll leave it to Tamara, because it's her birthday. Her birthday is next month." Dan immediately cut him off, saying it was a company thing, to which Ethan replied, "Well, slash." Tamara finally hopped in and was quoted as saying:
"It just happens that my only friends are you guys, so it seems like a company thing, but it's not."
As the conversation continued, and everyone agreed, Ethan Klein said that it would be an excuse for them to do something together and for him to "pay for everything." However, things got even more interesting when Zach asked what Ethan had planned for his birthday, but the latter didn't remember when that was and asked, "When's your birthday?"
Zach responded by saying that it was next week, but Ethan dismissed him, saying, "I'd probably- there's no time to plan for that." The interaction has now gained attention online, with many alleging that it was suspicious of Ethan to plan and pay for one crew member's birthday while forgetting Zach's.

Another video clip that has been making rounds on social media shows Tamara Joseph expressing her desire to be a part of Ethan Klein's family picture. In the clip, she was seen saying that it was extremely funny, to which Ethan responded by saying that they could all line up and she could stand on the side. The moment, which was previously taken in light fun, is now being recirculated as speculation about what was going on between them.
Additionally, there have been clips showing that Tamara Joseph was also babysitting for Ethan and Hila Klein and has special privileges. In a video of her with Dan, she was seen telling him that Ethan had privately given her the authority to come to his place whenever she liked. When Dan asked if he could too, Ethan simply said it was only for Tamara.
Apart from Hila and Ethan, H3 Podcast's official Instagram page has also issued a statement on the matter. They have called Ethan out and expressed how Hila, the team, and their fans deserved better. The note read:
"We are all shocked, angry, and heartbroken to learn about Ethan's ongoing affair.
As soon as we found out, we all agreed: we would not continue working with Ethan involved or profiting in any way. We don't yet know what that means for the future. There's a lot to work through, and we wish we had more answers for you. We're disgusted by Ethan's actions and the hurt he has caused. We all deserved better: Hila, us, and you."
