On the premiere episode of Lock Upp 2, Akanksha revealed that they have been living separately since 2025. Amid this, Orry slammed Akanksha and shared that she would take a settlement.
In a recent interview with Zoom, Orry took a dig at Gaurav Khanna’s estranged wife, Akanksha Chamola. Calling out her actions, Orry said that a person speaks badly about her husband and then refers to herself as self-made. He took a stand for his Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 co-contestant Gaurav and praised him as he tried to sort things out by entering the show, Lock Upp 2. Orry also slammed Akanksha for saying that her dog should've come on Lock Upp 2 to meet her instead of Gaurav.
Orry shared that he is sure that Akanksha would take a settlement after her divorce from Gaurav. Expressing his shock, Orry questioned how Akanksha could speak so badly about Gaurav, with whom she was married for 10 years. He stated that Gaurav's work and fame have helped Akanksha, and that he will pay her expenses in the future. He was quoted as saying:
"I thought they were married for two years. They are married for 10 years. How can you say this? And then she says she is a self-made woman; I don't want to see him, this and that. When the divorce happens, she is going to take a settlement, I am sure."
Orry shared that Gaurav would never say anything bad about Akanksha, as he is a gentleman. He shared that the Anupamaa actor is very polite. Orry added that while Gaurav is soft-spoken, he is not. He will take a stand for Gaurav. He said:
"GK will not say anything. I know GK; he's too honourable, polite and gentlemanly to give a statement. He's too gentlemanly to do all of that. I know. I was in a show where we shared the vanity. I spent days with him. We used to talk for hours and hours. I know GK, but I am not gentlemanly. Main ek rakshas hoon. Jab mere gloves niklega, mere nakhoon bahar aayega, main tumhe fadega left and right."
Akanksha Chamola dropped the bombshell on the premiere episode of Lock Upp 2 by revealing that she and Gaurav Khanna are getting a divorce. She revealed that people didn’t know this, but they have been living separately since 2025. She clarified that nothing bad is present in between them. She explained that although they talk to each other, they feel that they are not right for each other as partners.
Akanksha’s divorce announcement came as a shock to many, as they didn’t find anything off between the two. In fact, the sizzling chemistry between Gaurav and Akanksha was clearly seen during the Family Week of Bigg Boss 19. However, according to Akanksha, divorce talks have been going on since Bigg Boss. She added that they are not getting that couple-like feeling anymore. Akanksha said:
"Gaurav’s parents and my parents told us to stay separately for some time. Sometimes, when you stay away, you realise each other’s importance. Everyone thought that since we were talking, appearing together on social media and supporting each other at events, we would get back together. But we are not getting that couple-like feeling anymore."
