In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20, Uditi made a significant revelation about her past relationship with the TV host cum actor. Earlier, in an episode of Salman Khan-hosted show, Uditi revealed that she has moved on and likes someone else. However, she didn’t reveal any details about the new man in her life.
In the latest episode of Bigg Boss 20, Uditi Singh surprised everyone by sharing that she had met Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. When the housemates asked when and how she met Ranbir, Uditi shared that it was possible because of her ex-boyfriend, Karan Wahi. She said that her ex-boyfriend used to play football, and back then he was playing with Amitabh Bachchan. Ranbir was also present there. That’s when she met him.
Uditi shared that at the time, she came to Mumbai from London secretly to meet Karan. However, a post by Karan exposed her secret, leading to severe scolding at home. She added that her parents did not like their relationship as there was a 10-year age gap and Karan was an actor. She said:
"I came to Mumbai from London to meet him without informing my family. So when my ex published the story, everyone came to know because he was so popular. My mother scolded me because my parents did not like our relationship because there was a 10-year age gap between us and he was also an actor."
Uditi and Karan’s relationship was once the talk of town. The duo reportedly began dating in mid-2019. Later, in 2020, the two made their relationship official. In the same year, on Karan’s birthday, Uditi shared a love-filled message for him. She wrote, "May your big day be as special as you are to me… Happy birthday, @karanwahi." In an episode of Bigg Boss 20, Uditi revealed that she and Karan met in London.
Uditi shared that the TV host cum actor had posted an inquiry about a restaurant when she DMed him. Later, they met at a restaurant in London. At the time, Karan was in London with his best friend and his girlfriend for three days. They met every day during his stay in London. They continued chatting for two months and then began dating. Uditi added that they also had marriage plans.
Uditi mentioned that she used to frequently travel between London and India to meet Karan. Later, she shifted to India and was looking for a job in an MNC company. According to her, long-distance relationships usually do not work, and thus, she wanted to stay in India so that she could remain in touch with her then-boyfriend, Karan. She stated that they had a two-and-a-half-year relationship. According to reports, Karan and Uditi broke up in 2022.
Further, in the same conversation with the housemates, Uditi said that after their breakup, she used to cry initially. In fact, she wished that he would not come in front of her. She added that as they had a two-and-a-half-year relationship, the breakup was hard for her. The exact reason behind their breakup is not known. In a 2023 interview with Zoom, Uditi confirmed that she and Karan had not been in touch for the past year.
While Uditi has confirmed that she has moved on and likes someone else, fans are shipping Karan and Farrhana Bhatt. Currently, the duo is seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi 15, and their chemistry is grabbing significant attention.
