Jelly Roll's ex-wife, Bunnie Xo revealed that the singer has started dating again post their amicable split. But the podcaster has a warning for girls trying to DM him.
Ever since Jelly Roll announced the news of his divorce from Bunnie Xo, there has been constant chatter around the same. There were multiple reason quoted for the divorce, some said, it was Jelly’s infidelity to Bunnie, other stated their constant fallouts being a major blockage in their relationship. But it seems despite the divorce, all is well between Bunnie and Jelly.
In the recent episode of her podcast, Dumb Blonde, Bunnie Xo talked about her divorce from Jelly Roll and stated that he has started dating again. Throughout her conversation, it looked like Bunnie and Jelly are cool about their divorce and hold no bitterness for each other. Talking about her ex-husband looking for love, Bunnie shared:
“Daddy Roll is probably in his finest season, right? He's feeling himself. He looks so good. He is healthier than he's ever been. Jay is a little lover, and he, you know, he likes to snuggle and he likes to cuddle. The crazy thing is, I'm not even ready to hook up with a dude. I'm ready to focus on myself and pour into myself."
Going forward in her podcast, Bunnie encouraged women to slide into his DM and try their luck with the singer. She also revealed that the only issue with a potential partner for Jelly Roll would be if she disrespects her ex-husband. Speaking of the same, Bunnie shared that she will welcome anyone woman who Jelly falls in love with but if she hurts him in any way, then they will have to face the ex-wife.
In the same podcast, Bunnie also revealed the kind of woman Jelly is looking to have a romantic relationship with. The podcast host shared that her husband wants someone who is complete opposite to her. In her words:
“He needs a really sweet girl who is normal and isn't trying to be a f---in' influencer. No offense to anybody — his wife, you know — no offense to anybody, but I think he wants the complete opposite of me, which is what he deserves."
According to the court documents, Jelly filed for separation from Bunnie on May 18, 2026. The duo reportedly decided to keep the details of their separation private. People have been blaming Jelly Roll for the split, citing that now that he has gotten his dream body and is moving on to new endeavours, he no longer needs her. A part of the public blamed him for allegedly leaving her behind amid his big future plans, while another section cited cheating. However, sources also claimed that the ex-couple has a lot of love and respect for each other despite their divorce.
Bunnie Xo met her now-husband, Jelly Roll, at one of his concerts in 2015, at Las Vegas' Country Saloon. It was Bunnie who sought a relationship with the country star. In one of the interviews, Jelly stated that when he met Bunnie, he was completely broke, and she was the one who lifted his spirit and helped him get his music career up and going. Revealing how people called her a gold digger, Jelly shared, “I was dead broke around her.”
