After his split from Olivia Wilde, Jason Sudeikis was linked to actress, Keeley Hazell. Keeley and Jason starred in Ted Lasso. In February 2021, Jason was reportedly casually seeing Keeley. They seemingly confirmed their romance in June 2021. At the time, a source told People, "They've been dating for a little while now. They're just having fun. It's nothing serious at this point." But their alleged romance was short-lived, and in September 2021, a source told People, "They are just friends. It's not a romantic relationship." Recently, Jason Sudeikis appeared on the Friends Keep Secrets podcast, hosted by Benny Blanco, Lil Dicky and his wife, Kristin Batalucco and opened up about his current relationship status. During the conversation, Jason was asked if he wanted more kids. For the uninitiated, Jason is already a dad to his children, Otis and Daisy, whom he shares with his ex-fiancee, Olivia Wilde. In response, Jason said that he does wish to have more kids, but only if he fell in love again.
Jason also described himself as a single father and mentioned that singlehood has its ups and downs. Jason highlighted that after his split from Olivia Wilde and embracing fatherhood, dating feels 'daunting' and 'overwhelming'. He explained that he doesn’t believe in casual dating. He added that if he ever dates someone, they need to understand that for him, his children will remain his topmost priority. He was quoted as saying:
"I like being in relation to people. I'm not at a point in my life where, you know, it feels good or fulfilling to date numerous people all at once. Yeah, that feels daunting and overwhelming, especially with being a parent. There's also a new thing about anybody I'm dating that they are never number one on the call sheet, as the showbiz saying would go, like the kids are. Even probably more so than myself. And so then there's that little bit as you get older, you're like, 'Oh God, I've got to make sure my cup's full in order for other people to get the overflow.'"
Jason and Olivia first met at a finale party for Saturday Night Live (SNL) in May 2011. It was Olivia’s best guy friend who gave her phone number to Jason. One month after getting Olivia’s number, Jason texted her. In the same year, the former paid went on a date. In October 2012, Olivia confessed that she was wildly in love with Jason.
Later, in January 2013, Jason proposed to Olivia with a 1920s Parisian engagement ring that showed a circle of emeralds around a centre diamond. The duo welcomed two children out of wedlock. In a 2014 interview with Glamour, Olivia got candid about the marriage plans. She said:
"We're engaged, but no specific plans yet — we just have to find the time to put it together. In many ways, a child is more of a commitment. We are fully committed and really happy as a family."
