Having said that, people who have been wondering what it means, it has nothing to do with any food or dish, but rather something which is completely different. It was Trinity Tatum who used the term the next day after contestants, Kenzie Annis and Corbin Mims, were seen being intimate in the bed of the communal hall. A video has also been doing the rounds, and thus, the term 'French Fries' grabbed the attention. Let's have a look at what it exactly means and what Kenzie had to say on it when she was being teased about having 'French Fries'.
After the June 21, 2026 episode, Trinity Tatum revealed that she could hear someone having 'french fries', and it sounded 'too wet' just for a kiss. After this comment, Kenzie Annis confirmed that she and Corbin had a heated exchange the previous night. To mention, Us Weekly revealed that a video of Kenzie and Corbin's heated exchange in the hall surfaced, and according to the same, 'French Fries' refers to sexual acts such as hand jobs.
Some viewers cracked the code of 'French Fries' being the side this, thus referring to finger food. Well, it was Kenzie who confirmed that something heated happened between her and Corbin, and she feels good about the same. Kenzie further mentioned that both of them share a strong connection, and they got a bit carried away. Kenzie could be quoted as saying:
"I was definitely getting some French fries. Feeling good. We were probably doing a bit much honestly but I feel a strong connection with Corbin. We probably got a little bit carried away.”
To mention, this is not the first time that Love Island USA referred to sexual acts with code names. It has happened previously as well, and from Hannah Fields and Pepe Garcia to Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah Brown, all of them used code names to refer to their sexual encounters. Back in June 2025, the sexual encounter was referred to with the code name 'journey'. Speaking about the same, Hannah Field said:
"We had a code name for intimacy. We would say, ‘How was your journey? What was this journey like?’ Huda [started it when she] said something like, ‘Oh, I had a journey. My journey went all the way.'"
From the beginning of the show, Kenzie Annis and Corbin Mims' connection has been strong, and they share a high-intense bond. Corbin entered the show as a bombshell. During the first recoupling, Corbin chose Kenzie; however, her real partner, Sean, got eliminated. The duo shared intense physical chemistry, but during the first public vote, they were forced to separate. While they were with other partners, they continued their chemistry, sneaking around to talk.
Later, Kenzie asked Corbin for a 'secret kiss' behind his then-partner, Melanie's back, and after she got one, she asked him not to tell anybody. During the 'love letter' episode, Kenize's then-partner, Caleb and Corbin both penned letters, and she chose the latter again. Now just after the 'French Fries' episode, Corbin entered Casa Amor, and even started heavily flirting with other girls in the villa. He also was heard saying that 'I’m going back with somebody different'. This comment was heard by Kenzie through a live broadcast, and she was left furious.
