Emma Stone's appearance for the Louis Vuitton show in Paris, just weeks before her 38th birthday, sparked immense buzz. Over the past year or so, Emma has been the subject of numerous viral conversations about her alleged unrecognizable appearance. The chatter was reignited by her recent fashion show look. Many claimed the Bugonia star underwent cosmetic procedures, including "Face lift/brow and eye lift for sure+ blepharoplasty."
A Reddit user stated, "Her eyes and brows are pulled waaay up." Another wrote, "I don't think she looks like herself at all. To me she looks very different. Her eyes are completely different, lips, face as well. She looks very beautiful, maybe even prettier than before if that is ok to say, but obviously different." Some others claimed that she had her "nose job", "lip fillers" and "mild lip lift."
"There's also a jawline change. She tweaked so many aspects of her face that collectively it's a jarring shift IMO," an online user commented. While most comments focused on how different Emma Stone looked and how unnecessary the changes were, some defended her, saying that regardless of whether she went under the knife, she "looks gorgeous." One of them stated, "Whatever she did looks amazing! She still looks like herself with some natural looking enhancements."

Though the Cruella actress didn't address speculation about cosmetic tweaks, she did respond to the chatter about her weight. Emma once told S Magazine that she struggled with her self-confidence and sometimes felt disgusted about being unable to keep her weight in check. In her words:
"I do have that thing of, 'Oh my God, I'm disgusting - I ate a huge Wagamama lunch, the whole yaki soba, and I feel so fat.' But I'm still gonna eat that stuff, and you know what? You can get nice, loose clothes that cover it all up."

"Suddenly nothing fitted me, but then they have such delicious food in the South, and I don't believe in depriving yourself. Yes, you should be healthy and take care of yourself, but growing up, I've seen people who have horrible issues with food."
A few years later, the Amazing Spider-Man star faced immense scrutiny over her drastic weight loss. At that time, the actress told Seventeen magazine that she struggled to manage her weight "especially when I'm under stress, and especially as I've gotten older." She attributed her weight to genetic factors and said, "My great hope for us as young women is to... stop shaming ourselves and other people for things we don't know the full story on."
