However, they have made sure to keep her away from the public glare since the beginning, and they humbly expressed their wish to the members of the media.
On August 15, 2026, Deepika Padukone was spotted at the airport. The second-time mom-to-be, who is in her eighth month, was dressed up in an oversized denim-hued shirt with a pair of contrasting denims. Looking at her maternity fashion, Deepika is a believer of keeping the bump concealed rather than flaunting it. She kept her look clean by tying her hair in her signature bun. Deepika also wore a beautiful necklace with her daughter's name in letters.
Deepika carefully watched her steps as she walked inside the airport. Another highlight of the outing was that her husband, Ranveer Singh dropped her off late in the night, and stayed there till she went inside the airport. As soon as the video surfaced, netizens expressed their thoughts.

Deepika revealed that she had a complicated pregnancy and delivery. Without sharing a lot of details, Deepika stated that she went through a lot in her eighth and ninth months.
Talking about her final trimester, she shared that every body part of her was in pain, and it was uncomfortable, despite the fact that she was doing yoga. She said:
"Suddenly you're discovering body parts because they hurt. But that rib pain was, oh my God."
After their daughter's birth in November 2024, Deepika and Ranveer hosted a small gathering for the media in their building. They even introduced their daughter, Dua, to the photographers and made it look like a family event. Not only that, Deepika and Ranveer requested photographers not to click photos of their daughter. A celebrity photographer, Yogen Shah, expressed in detail about the happiness at seeing Dua.
The photographer further revealed that Dua is a perfect blend of her parents, Deepika and Ranveer. When she greeted the pap, she was half asleep. However, there were moments when she fluttered open her tiny eyes. The photographer further revealed that it was an unforgettable experience to see Dua wrapped in her parents' embrace.
