48-Yr-Old Celebrity Trainer Dies In Gym From Sudden Heart Attack, Survived By Wife And 3 Daughters

Famous celebrity trainer Einar Mendez, who had 46,000 followers on his IG, died at the age of 48 while he was in the gym. His cause of death has left many concerned.

A Mexico-based father, Einar Mendez, died of a sudden heart attack while he was in the gym. He is known internationally as a bodybuilder who coached several celebrities. As per reports, the 48-year-old was working out in the gym when he suffered a sudden heart attack.

Einar Mendez hailed from Mexixo and was pronounced dead after he was rushed to the hospital in Mexico city. As per his wife, Yan, they were planning to visit New York for the first time. She also penned a heart-melting tribute post for him. Sharing their photos over the course of thirty years, his wife shared how they have lived the best life.

She also mentioned how they embraced parenthood with the arrival of their three daughters and they are going to be her engine to move forward in life. She wrote:

"Thank God and life for finding the love of my life, today we celebrate 30 years together that have been totally wonderful and beautiful, passed all kinds of things like all couples, at the time many people did not give credit for our love. From this love were born 3 wonderful daughters that I love with all my life, as they were and will be my engine to move forward, I love my family and this is for a thousand more years, I love you so much."

As per the heartbroken widow, the renowned bodybuilder who coached many celebrities died afte suffering a sudden heart attack during a workout. She revealed that they are still in shock as he was in the gym, a place which he loved the most when the unfortunate incident took his life. 

Einar was a national and international champion and he had a list of dedicated clientele which included Mexico-based Nicaraguan TV host Martha Debayle. She also talked about his death and revealed that the trainer had collapsed but no official cause of death has been shared. She said:

"Before he was a coach, Einar was Yan’s husband, his wife for 30 years, a father to his three daughters. And that’s where today it becomes impossible to measure this loss. To think about Yan and his daughters’ pain, breaks my heart. Because no matter how much you try to find an explanation for them, there are things that just don’t have it."

Debayle also penned a note and stated that he was her coach. She talked about his work and how he pushed people to be the best version of themselves. She wrote:

"Einar was my coach, but he was also the coach of so many of you in ‘Sumer Body,’ and I know that it meant to so many. I know how much they wanted it, how much he pushed them, how much he made them deny, laugh, strike and discover that they could always be a little more."

Einar's IG handle is filled with tribute messages. One user wrote, "My deepest condolences. From the bottom of my heart, I send you a big hug. A great person and will always be remembered with so much love. May God bless you and give you strength and comfort in these moments." 

Another one commented, "Janeth sending you a hug and many blessings at this very difficult time!!! And my condolences It's time to be very strong as a family!!! I know my friend Einar will be happy to see you succeed!!!. Fly high buddy RIP forever!!!. We will always miss you champion."

We pray for Einar's family as they navigate the toughest time of their lives.
