Shah Rukh Khan's son, Aryan Khan, was praised for his directorial debut, The Ba***ds Of Bollywood. Aryan became an overnight sensation due to the series. However, now it seems he is in legal soup as a police complaint has been filed against him in Bengaluru. This was because he was in a nightclub on November 28, 2025, where Aryan reportedly flashed his middle finger towards the crowd. Clips of his actions went viral on social media, sparking anger among netizens. Now, actor, Zaid Khan has come ahead and supported and also defended the actions of Aryan.

Actor Zaid Khan dismisses all allegations against Aryan Khan

For the unversed, Aryan, on November 28, 2025, was seen at a pub in Bengaluru where he reportedly showed off his middle finger to the crowd. The crowd was left disappointed, and a complaint was filed by advocate, Owais Hussain S, from Sankey Road, who filed the same with the Director General of Police in Bengaluru city. Actor, Zaid was with Aryan at the party and, in an interview with the media, called the situation and allegations a 'misunderstanding'. Zaid said that Aryan's actions were not towards the public, and he was concerned about the overcrowded venue. Zaid, who was reportedly with Aryan Khan when the incident took place, said:

“There were more people than we anticipated. His manager went downstairs to disperse the crowd. When he didn’t return, we stepped onto the balcony to see what was happening.”

Advocate Owais reportedly filed the complaint against Aryan also with the Police Commissioner of Bengaluru City, along with the Inspector of Cubbon Park Police Station, and also the Karnataka State Women's Commission. The complaint stated that Aryan Khan made an obscene gesture in public. Zaid, on the other hand, claimed that Aryan's gesture was not at all for the audience but was towards his friend cum manager.

Zaid said that the matter was taken out of context, and no gesture was shown to the crowd. Aryan did the gesture towards his friend-cum-manager. He did not show any gesture to the people. It has been taken out of context. For the unversed, Zaid is the son of politician Zameer Ahmed, who is also a fellow actor. He shared that Aryan told him of coming to Bengaluru and said that he had messaged him saying that he was coming to Bengaluru. Zaid emphasised that Aryan's gesture was not for the Kannadigas but for his manager.

A complaint was filed against Aryan Khan for insulting the modesty of women

The advocate, Owaiz, in his complaint stated that many women were at the venue when Aryan reportedly made the gesture. The advocate claimed that the gesture made by Aryan insulted the modesty of women and also called 'public discomfort', embarrassment and emotional distress. The advocate claimed that due to this incident, the reflection of Bengaluru as a safe and dignified public place has been questioned. A report by the ETimes stated that the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central Division), Hakay Akshay Macchindra, confirmed that the cops have already taken note of the incident. This came into the light after social media posts related to Aryan's gesture went viral, and hence CCTV videos from the pub were taken for further verification.
