Zeenat Aman is one of the most legendary actresses in the Hindi film industry. She can be credited for having contributed immensely to the film industry, courtesy of some of her blockbuster films, such as Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Don, Hare Rama Hare Krishna, Qurbani, Dostana, Yaadon Ki Baaraat among so many others. Fast forward to today, even at the age of 71, she has proven that she still continues to wear the crown of the glamorous diva with her back-to-back projects and collaborations. And now, Zeenat gave a glimpse of what her work schedule looks like.
Taking to her IG handle on September 23, 2023, Zeenat Aman dropped some pictures of herself, as she seemed busy with her work commitments. From getting dressed, learning scripts, posing for the lens to grabbing a cup of coffee amidst the hustle, the diva simply redefined work goals at the age of 71. Along with the pictures, Zeenat penned a short note, where she revealed having been bedridden for days due to a spell of flu, and yet being back to shoot for a hectic lineup of work. Moreover, crediting her all-women team for transforming her from ‘aunty to amazon’, Zeenat revealed:
“I’ve been bedridden with a horrible flu for the past 10 days, and now I have a manic week of work ahead! But before I dive into it, here’s a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes. My glam team takes me from aunty to Amazon; I do my homework; I hold my poses; I check Instagram; I drink lots of coffee; and I count the minutes until I can get back into my kaftan! On another note, the majority of my directors and DOPs this year have been women. And I’m still not over the joy of having so many phenomenal women running set. Take a bow, ladies. You do me proud.”

For the unversed, Zeenat Aman has recently made her social media debut, where she often drops glimpses of herself, along with some unapologetic views and opinions, based on her real-life experiences. Something similar happened yet again when she spoke about the importance of women being financially independent, during her appearance in the show, Swipe Ride. Zeenat highlighted how being financially independent makes women find time to invest in themselves. She mentioned:
“If a man is ever intimidated by that, show him the door. One thing I would advise young women to try to do is get financially independent and invest in themselves. You know, dating and relationships then becomes a natural choice, not you’re getting into a relationship because you think you have to, and then you do it on your own terms and conditions.”
Back on July 29, 2023, Zeenat dropped a picture of herself, where she looked breathtaking in a white-hued knitted top, paired with beige-hued knitted pants. She amped her look with stud earrings, lipstick, sneakers and kept her tresses open. Along with the picture, Zeenat penned a short note speaking about her looks, and added how her sons often lecture her about her fitness, while she prefers to stay in leisure.

In one of her other posts that she shared on her IG handle, Zeenat Aman had reflected on her 50 years of film career, and revealed how she had read frequent cruel comments about herself, that the tabloids and newspapers often circulated. She mentioned how people found it to be an easy habit to gossip and pass judgement on celebrities. She had said:
“Public perception is a funny thing. When you are famous, complete strangers imagine that they have an intimate knowledge of your character and life story. Many also feel entitled to the sort of gossip and judgment that would elicit their own moral outrage were the tables turned. In my 50 years in Hindi cinema I have read and heard enough falsehoods and cruel statements about myself to fill a book."
