Famous television actor, Fahmaan Khan is winning hearts with his performance in the television serial, Dharam Patnii. While the nation is going gaga over Fahmaan's acting skills and good looks. Not many know that he is the stepson of the late Bollywood actor, Zebisko, who is known for his acting stint in the superhit film, Amar Akbar Anthony.
In an interview with ETimes, Fahmaan Khan talked about his relationship with his stepfather, Zebisko. He shared that his mother was married to Zebisko, and they had three kids. However, after Zebisko's death at the age of 48, due to a heart attack, his wife married his friend, Shahbaaz Khan. Fahman was quoted as saying:
"I have two brothers and one sister. Faraaz, Fahed and Fadhya are my siblings. They are children of Zebisko aka Yousuf Khan. My mother was married to Zebisko first. His actual name is Yusuf Khan and at the age of 48, he died of a heart attack."
Fahmaan revealed when his mother's first husband, Zebisko died, she was very young with three kids. That's when his father, Shahbaaz Khan decided to marry her. However, the sweet part about the whole story is that Fahmaan considers Zebisko as his father. He shared that initially, his siblings had difficulty accepting the situation. They were afraid and thought Fahmaan's father would take away their mother. He shared:
"They were afraid that my father would take their mother away from them. However, as time passed, my father was frequently absent, working to support our family in Saudi Arabia. My mother was always there for us, and eventually, my siblings came to understand that my father's actions were sincere."
For those who don't know, Zebisko, who got popular with his role in Amar Akbar Anthony, acted in almost 35 films from the 1970s to the 1980s. His real name was Yusuf Khan. Zebisko also rose to fame with his films, Muqaddar Ka Sikandar (1978) and Disco Dancer (1982) are some of his other notable films.
