As per the current scenario, both have successfully moved on in their own lives. While Yuvika is gearing up for her October 12, 2018 wedding, her ex-boyfriend, Vipul got engaged to his girlfriend from Istanbul, Melis Atici on October 04, 2018.
Yes, announcing the ‘big news’ to all fans, Vipul shared an adorable picture on his Instagram profile and captioned it as, “Here is the big news !!! Attendee at the engagement, Abhay Vakil spoke to Bombay Times about the engagement and stated, “I was a witness to their first meeting in the US. They hit it off instantly and fell in love over a period of two years. The families wanted to take the relationship forward and they decided on Istanbul as the venue, as Melis hails from there. It was unplanned and we, too, were informed just four days prior. It came as a shock to me as well.” The couple will tie the knot sometime in 2019. For the past few days, rumours have been doing the rounds that Vipul was in a long-distance relationship with his now fiancée, Melis. In an earlier interview with Bombay Times, Vipul had dismissed all relationship rumours and had stated that he was single! Yes, this is what he shared in the interview, “I am good friends with her, but I am not sure if long-distance relationships work. Friendship is different, you can be friends with people across the world.”
Speaking about Vipul and his ex-girlfriend, Yuvika, the actor recently reacted to the news of his ex’s marriage in an interview with BT. The What The Jatt had shared, “Yuvika is engaged to another guy (Prince Narula), and I wish her all the best. Yes, she was one of my best friends and we were in a relationship for a long time, but destiny had other plans and we decided to part ways.” Vipul also shared images of his interview with the publication on his social media handle with the caption, “Life is all about past, present and future! When asked if he is still friends with Yuvika, he retorted by saying, “I don’t believe in asking my ex-girlfriend out for a coffee. What’s over is over and it’s better left behind. I don’t want to prove to anyone that I am great friends with my ex and I am cool about it. Yuvika was a great friend, someone who I could depend on in those early days. The girl is getting married and she deserves all the happiness.” He further added, “If you are friends with a girl and hang out with her, people will invariably link you up.
