But this time, things have gone far beyond his controversial video, which got him banned on the streaming platform Kick. For those unaware, the steamer who rose to fame by filming confrontational public content was initially temporarily banned.
But later, the situation got severe, and he was permanently banned from the platform. According to reports, the platform reviewed his old video clips and incidents before making the final decision. While the internet is divided over the ban, let us know what started the whole issue.
According to ChudTheBuilder's posts, he was banned from Kick over "public harassment" allegations. The issue allegedly began after an old video of the streamer resurfaced online. It showed ChudTheBuilder recording strangers in public despite their repeated requests for him to stop. The video clips went viral again, and many social media users found the behaviour aggressive and an invasion of privacy. Meanwhile, critics pointed out how it crossed the line between content creation and harassment.
Initially, Kick suspended ChudTheBuilder for three Days. They took the time to review the matter. In turn, they removed his verification badge and disabled monetisation features on his account. According to reports, the rising pressure from viewers and online communities for action made Kick take strict action. It resulted in a permanent ban. Although ChudTheBuilder appealed against the temporary suspension, his appeal was denied.
After the ban, ChudTheBuilder has announced that he plans to continue on an alternative platform. He revealed that he is moving his streaming to Pump. fun for the future. It signals that, despite losing one of his major streaming homes, ChudTheBuilder has no plan to stop creating content. Instead, it will be important to see whether his audience will shift to a different platform with him.
