After nearly two decades of their breakup, Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan came together to celebrate their son, Jack's, high school graduation. Tom Brady and Bridget Moynahan started dating in 2004. But after living together for about 3 years, the former couple ended their relationship in December 2006. Soon after, the duo's representatives announced an amicable breakup. Neither Tom nor Bridget ever publicly shared any particular reason for their breakup. At the same time, there were no reports of any third-party involvement, major conflicts, or scandals behind the separation. However, things became complicated after their breakup.

Almost two months after their split, Bridget's representatives confirmed that she was nearly three months pregnant. Incidentally, Tom had publicly moved on to supermodel Gisele Bündchen by then. In turn, it brought significant media attention and public scrutiny to the trio. Still, Tom and Bridget chose to focus on co-parenting their son. Eventually, they, along with their respective partners, were able to build a stable environment for Jack.

After their breakup, Tom and Bridget moved on in their public lives and careers. Tom married Gisele Bündchen. On the other hand, Bridget Moynahan married businessman, Andrew Frankel in 2015. Although Tom and Gisele divorced in 2022, they have been co-parenting their children. After his retirement, Tom now focuses on broadcasting and other business ventures. Tom and Bridget's commitment to co-parenting was evident during their 18-year-old son's high school graduation. Tom shared multiple photos from the special day. It also included a picture of him standing proudly beside Jack and Bridget.

Tom shared an emotional message and called it "one of the proudest days of his life." He also praised Jack for his character, kindness and dedication. The family photos also featured Jack's siblings, Benjamin and Vivian. Overall, the picture highlighted how far they have come after nearly two decades of separation. In Tom's words for his son:
"Whatever you chase next, we know you'll find success in. Take the risks. Be kind. Be yourself. And know your family and friends are always right behind you, cheering the loudest because you do the same for everybody else! We love you."
