The 2025 Holiday Baking Championship finale has finally premiered on Food Network. The latest season of the festive holiday baking competition aired the Season 12 finale, with four bakers from 'Team Naughty' and one from 'Team Nice' going head-to-head for the big prize and title. The finale showed all the bakers playing individually for the cash prize.

The final round came down to Ashleigh, Charles, Chase, and Tarek after Nico was eliminated. They were tasked with creating a multi-tiered cake that pits Naughty against Nice with different themes. Ultimately, Charles won the Holiday Baking Champion title with his 'Santa vs Scrooge cake'.

Charles reacts to the big win

Holiday Baking Championshipis one of the biggest stages in festive cooking competitions. He revealed that he gave the finale cake everything he had. He expressed his delight over winning the big title. During the final moments of the show's grand finale, the winner was quoted as saying:

"I put everything I had into this cake, and I did it. I feel on top of the world, and I'm just thrilled that I got that win at the end. All of it was worth it." 

How much money did Charles win in Holiday Baking Championship?

Along with the big title of Holiday Baking Championship, Charles also got a massive cash prize. The show, presented by Bobby Deen and Jesse Palmer, had a cash prize of USD 25,000. Yes, along with the title of champion, Charles also took home a massive prize money, making the holiday season twice as joyful for him. However, that is not all, he also won a feature in Food Network Magazine.

Holiday Baking Championship is an annual competition in which several bakers compete during the festive season for the title. The show has several spinoff series, including Spring Baking Championship, Halloween Baking Championship, Kids Baking Championship, Wedding Cake Championship, and Summer Baking Championship. The show is judged by some of the top chefs in the country, including Nancy Fuller, Duff Goldman, Lorraine Pascale, and Carla Hall. 

Every season of Holiday Baking Championship has approximately 11 episodes, with each episode having a runtime of anywhere between 42 minutes and 84 minutes. According to reports, each episode features two rounds: the first is 'Preliminary Heat,' in which the bakers are supposed to create a small holiday-themed pastry. The winner of this round gets an advantage, which usually varies from episode to episode; in the second round, 'Main Heat', the contestants have to create a larger confection aligned with the episode's holiday theme.

Fans wondered whether the judge was not doing well after noticing Nancy hadn't been acting like herself, leading to speculation about her well-being. However, none of that has been confirmed, and the judge herself hasn't responded to the rumours so far.
