The couple wanted another child after their older son, Jett's tragic death. The claim surfaced in an amended breach-of-contract complaint filed December 16, 2025 (ET) by Priscilla Presley's former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, against Priscilla's son.

Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, alleging Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, revealed the arrangement to them. According to the reports, Michael Lockwood allegedly said that John Travolta sought Riley Keough's egg when Lisa Marie's were deemed unusable due to her severe d**g addiction. They claimed that Scientology required Priscilla's "sign off" on the matter, and Riley reportedly received an old Jaguar and USD 10,000 to USD 20,000 for the deal. While the filing doesn't confirm Benjamin's (Ben) biological parentage, it ties into broader Presley estate battles post-Lisa Marie's 2023 death.

Meanwhile, Kruse and Fialko accuse Garcia of demanding a multi-million-dollar settlement and blocking publicity about the alleged secret, claiming Priscilla promised him sole "king" musician status in the family. Priscilla's attorney Marty Singer called the allegations "shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless". He added that it was a "sad and vicious attempt to tarnish" the 80-year-old falsely.
