Happy Wedding fame, Niharika Konidela has been hitting the headlines for getting detained by the Hyderabad police on Sunday. She, along with Telugu Bigg Boss 3 Winner, Rahul Sipligunj were seen partying with others at The Mink bar in the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Banjara Hills. However, as per the reports, she got a clean chit after getting questioned by the Narcotics Bureau.

Niharika Konidela, daughter of actor-director, Nagendra Babu had followed in her father's footsteps. She had made her debut with the Telugu film Oka Manasu in 2016. And since then, she never had to look back. Niharika has made her name for herself in showbiz and used to enjoy a massive fanbase on her social media platforms until she had deactivated them, which had come as a surprise for her fans.
Niharika belongs to one of the most renowned film family backgrounds. Her father is Naga Babu, and her uncle is Chiranjeevi. Her cousin brothers are Allu Arjun and Ram Charan, and she is quite close to both of them. On Allu Arjun and Ram Charan's birthday, she had shared pictures on her Instagram handle and had penned sweet notes for both of them. Niharika Konidela had tied the nuptial knot with the love of her life, Chaitanya Jonnalagadda on December 9, 2020. It was an intimate affair yet was a star-studded one. It was organised at Udaivilas Palace in Udaipur in Rajasthan. They had dated for a quite long time before they had got hitched. And it was reported that their love affair had turned into an arranged marriage. Niharika's Instagram handle was filled with pictures of Chaitanya and their little moments together. Chaitanya is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and works as a Business Strategist in a leading MNC in Hyderabad. He is the son of Guntur's Inspector General of Police (IG), J Prabhakar Rao.
Talking about the man of her dreams, in an interview with The Times of India, Niharika Konidela had shared her feelings for him. Before getting officially engaged with him, Niharika had opened up about Chaitanya and had said:
"Yes, I have found the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. We are not engaged officially yet and my social media post was to just officially announce that I'm taken. Naturally, I'm thrilled right now."
Niharika has worked in many movies, including, Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Suryakantham, and others. However, before making her mark in the Tollywood industry, Niharika was an anchor on a Telugu channel and had hosted many popular shows. Apart from acting, Niharika also owns a production company named Pink Elephant Pictures.
Even though the Task Force has not declared who was using the drugs, Niharika Konidela is discharged now and has come back home.
