Apart from her appearances alongside Donald Trump, not much is known about her personal life. No public document or record has ever mentioned a relationship or person linked to her. Her marital status remains unknown as well.
Very little is known about her from before she became associated with Trump's presidential campaign in 2020. She rose to fame as a cancer survivor who advocated for Trump's Right to Try push, arguing it saved her life. She has no publicly documented relationships from before or after joining Donald Trump's team.
Not just her love life; even her family life is kept away from the limelight, and only a little is known about her parents. According to reports, Natalie Harp's father, Robert Harp, was a professor at Biola University's Crowell School of Business in California. He died on July 17, 2020, by suicide. Reports state that he was 61 years old at the time of his death. Meanwhile, Natalie's mother, Jill Harp, is reported to be a conservative.
Natalie Harp also has a brother, Preston Harp. However, they seem to be estranged. Preston briefly studied at Biola, then earned a philosophy degree from Chapman University. He later moved to Nicaragua, where he has worked with an American peace activist. He has also publicly criticized his sister's association with the president.

The speculation around Donald Trump and his 35-year-old aide has been making headlines for a while now. This time, the buzz around Trump and Natalie was sparked by Democrat Senator Jon Ossoff, who attacked Trump over his relationship with Natalie Harp at a campaign event.
Natalie Harp is a White House aide to President Donald Trump. Recently, she has once again risen to the limelight after Sen. Jon Ossoff mentioned her by name in a speech criticizing the president. He was quoted as saying:
"He wants to build his ballroom and travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the emir of Qatar."
The White House has also reacted to Jon Ossoff's remark about Trump and Natalie. The spokesman for the White House, Davis Ingle, called Jon "cringeworthy" while defending the aide. He called Natalie Harp one of the most loyal and hard-working aides on Donald Trump's team and said:
"Jon Ossoff is a cringeworthy, feminine theatre kid. [Natalie is] one of the most loyal and hardest-working aides on President Trump’s team."
However, this isn't the first time their relationship has been questioned. Natalie Harp's devotion has raised eyebrows inside the White House before. Two sources told CNN that in October 2023, Natalie jumped into an SUV trunk after staffers said there was no room for her in the motorcade headed to a New York courthouse. Some senior aides reportedly found her presence irritating.
One source even claimed that Natalie Harp has told others that the only person she will report to is Donald Trump. A White House official downplayed those complaints and said she works well with most colleagues. Natalie has also written two separate letters to Trump. It was pointed out that her letter concluded, "With all my heart, Natalie." However, an insider has alleged that the duo has a "father-daughter" relationship.
