The popular series, Euphoria, is back with season 3, starring Zendaya as ‘Rue Bennett’ and Sydney Sweeney as ‘Cassie Howard’. As the show returns to its twisted world, season 3 features many new stars. The new star cast includes names like Natasha Lyonne, Rosalía, Sharon Stone and many others. However, it is Marshawn Lynch’s addition to the show which caught everyone’s attention.

Marshawn Lynch had an outstanding journey in the NFL

Marshawn Terrell Lynch is a former popular American professional football running back. He had played in the National Football League (NFL) for 12 seasons. Nicknamed as ‘Beast Mode’, Lynch spent the majority of his career with the Seattle Seahawks. He was first selected by the Buffalo Bills in 2007, where he played three seasons. Lynch was later traded to the Seahawks in 2010.

It was Lynch who helped the team win their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl XLVIII. His Beast Quake touchdown is still considered one of the greatest runs in NFL history. Lynch’s most impressive years were with the Seattle Seahawks, where he gained immense fame.

Marshawn Lynch is the first NFLPA brand chief ambassador

Lynch grew up in Oakland, California, was raised by his mother, and started playing from an early age. In addition to football, Lynch excelled in track and field. He was a versatile athlete since childhood. After suffering an injury, Lynch announced his retirement in 2015 but returned to the NFL in 2017, playing for the Oakland Raiders. 

Marshawn Lynch announced his retirement for the second time, only to reunite with the Seahawks in 2019. Lynch was named to the Pro Football Hall of Fame All-2010s Team. However, he soon announced his retirement and, since retiring for the third time, Lynch co-owned the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League (NHL), Beasts of Fan Controlled Football (FCF), and the Bay Area Panthers of the Indoor Football League. In 2021, Lynch was named the first NFLPA brand chief ambassador.

Is Marshawn Lynch married?

Speaking about Lynch’s personal life, he has kept his romantic life out of the limelight. He is still single and not married. However, he was romantically linked with model, Charmaine Glock in 2014. In 2017, Lynch was also rumoured to be dating singer Netta Brielle. However, Lynch has not commented on his dating buzz.

Marshawn Lynch's stint with acting

Apart from the field, Lynch has gained popularity through his acting career. Ever since his retirement, he has appeared in commercials, television shows, and movies. Lynch appeared as himself in an episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine in 2017. He was also seen in shows like Westworld, Bar Rescue, Murderville, Stars on Mars and many others. He also appeared on The Great American Baking Show in 2022.

Apart from television shows, Lynch also appeared in films like 80 for Brady, Bottoms, Freaky Tales, Love Hurts, The Pickup, and a few others. Lynch is all set to star in the third season of the drama series, Euphoria. Talking about his role, Lynch said:

“I’m hella juiced about the show and getting a chance to work with the people in front and behind the camera. At the end of the day, I’m just thankful for the opportunity.”

Lynch is also going to be in a heist movie called The Pickup, with Eddie Murphy, Pete Davidson, Keke Palmer, and a pro-wrestling star.
