In a brief statement, Fox thanked her for her contributions and wished her success in her next chapter, without citing the reason for her move. Her weekday and weekend programs will continue with new titles and rotating anchors.
Bartiromo joined Fox in 2014 following a distinguished two-decade run at CNBC, where she became the first journalist to report live daily from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Amid her exit from Fox, Maria’s personal life has now grabbed a lot of attention. For the unversed, she has been married to Jonathan Steinberg.
Maria Bartiromo’s husband, Jonathan Steinberg, has also pursued a successful career

Maria Bartiromo and Jonathan Steinberg have been married since 1999. Jonathan is the son of the late billionaire Saul Steinberg. Back then, Bartiromo was emerging as a well-known face on CNBC, while both were steadily establishing themselves in different fields.
Jonathan once told The New York Times that he had always pictured himself at the helm of a listed financial firm, crediting his father's influence and saying he ended up doing precisely what he had anticipated for himself.
Steinberg's initial foray into business media did not survive and shut down in 2001, coinciding with the collapse of his father's insurance business. From the remnants of his former venture, he retained a small indexing operation and built it into WisdomTree Investments, the asset management firm he now leads as CEO.
His company profile also notes his stint heading Individual Investor and Ticker magazines as editor-in-chief from 1998 to 2004. His path in finance began after leaving the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School before graduation. He first joined Bear Stearns as an analyst, later purchased a publication which he renamed Individual Investor and ran as an editor. That magazine folded in 2001 as media moved online. In 1996, he wrote a book titled Midas Investing.
Born to Saul Steinberg and Barbara Herzog, Jonathan Steinberg comes from a prominent business lineage. According to New York Magazine, his father, also a Wharton graduate, started Leasco Data Processing Equipment in his 20s and later took control of Reliance Insurance in 1968, with unsuccessful bids for Disney and Chemical Bank along the way.
Jonathan followed his father to Wharton but faced challenges with reading and left without a degree. His entrepreneurial efforts were recognized in 2015 when he received EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year New York award. His net worth is reported to be around USD 94 million.
Bartiromo and Steinberg first met sometime during the 1990s. The duo tied the knot at Jonathan’s parents' estate in Quogue, New York. However, they don’t have any children. Jonathan is also active on X (formerly Twitter), where he occasionally shares posts related to his company.
