Ahead of Father's Day, President Donald Trump left the internet confused after he shared an old photo of a blonde woman on Truth Social. He captioned it writing, "Great daughter. My Honour!!! President DJT". Needless to say, the post quickly went viral and many social media users wondered why Trump seemingly referred to an unknown woman as his daughter. However, after much speculation and investigation, internet users identified her as Margo Catsimatidis. In turn, it raised the question of her connection with the Trump family.

Who is Margo Catsimatidis?

Margo Catsimatidis is a well-known New York socialite and philanthropist. She is known for her being involved in charitable and community initiatives. Margo is married to John Catsimatidis. He is the billionaire owner of the Gristedes supermarket chain and founder of Red Apple Group. It showed Margo relaxing indoors. However, it was his caption which immediately caught attention as Trump wrote, "Great Daughter. My Honour!! President DJT". Since Margo is not related to Trump, social media users quickly asked what the message meant. Some thought the image might be of one of Trump's daughters, while others speculated he might have shared a wrong photo. 

In turn, political commentators and internet users later suggested that Trump might have intended to praise Andrea Catsimatidis. According to the theory, an older photo of Margo was mistakenly attached to the post instead. Some users even noted that the image seemed to have been taken at Camp David years ago. However, neither Trump nor his team has publicly explained the post and addressed the confusion about it.
