Lionel Richie's girlfriend, Lisa Parigi, was born and raised in Switzerland. During an interview, Lisa shared that she prefers living in Los Angeles with her boyfriend due to its sunny weather. She claimed that she wasn't a big fan of her home country’s weather, as even though they have four seasons, it just rains or snows most of the time, which she finds “a little depressing.”
On the work front, Lisa is an entrepreneur. She is reportedly the founder and CEO of a lifestyle brand called The Estate Collection. She also has a skincare line called Glow Up Beauty.
Under her lifestyle brand, Lisa sells candles and fragrance oils that are “influenced by travel + lust for life,” as per its Instagram page. On the other hand, her skincare brand focuses on providing vegan, sulfate-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free products.
Before launching her own business, Lisa Parigi worked in the corporate technology industry. She has worked for companies based in Geneva and Zurich.
Lionel Richie and Lisa Parigi’s relationship
Regarding Lisa Parigi’s relationship with Lionel Richie, she said she was still living in Switzerland when she got the opportunity to attend a dinner party during a trip to L.A. As fate would have it, Lionel was also present at the dinner, and the two were introduced by their mutual friends.
According to Lisa, her connection with Lionel felt organic and real from the very beginning. Recalling that time, she said:
“We had great conversations, we spoke all night about everything. It's been beautiful so far.”
Being one of Lionel Richie's biggest supporters, Lisa had never shied away from revealing her favorite song by her boyfriend. During an interview, she revealed that the song in question was Stuck On You. Speaking about the memories she has of the song, Lisa shared:
"Although I go to literally almost every show, each time, it feels like I'm hearing it for the first time, so it captivates me, and it feels special."
Over the years, Lisa has remained by Lionel's side through all his big and small moments. The singer has admitted that at a time in his life when one could easily become so jaded about things, his girlfriend made everything feel a bit safe.
It is worth mentioning that Lisa Parigi is also close to Lionel's children, especially his daughter, Sofia. This was evidenced by the sweet note she wrote on Instagram for Sofia's birthday in August 2022. Alongside a selfie of her, Richie, and Sofia, she penned:

A few months later, Lisa attended Sofia’s bridal shower for her wedding to Elliot Grainge. Alongside photos from the shower, she wrote, “To a lifetime of love. Showering the bride-to-be with happiness & blessings @sofiarichie.”
Even today, Lisa and Lionel Richie's relationship seems to be going as strong as ever. Even as he faces health issues, she will be there to take care of him.
