However, the news of her arrest did not break until a few days later, on September 25, 2026. Amid her arrest, the focus has also shifted to Keke’s personal life. The singer was married thrice, first to Rahmat Morton, then to Michael Jamar Ford, and lastly to Zackariah “Zack” Darring.
Meet Keke Wyatt’s ex-husband, Zackariah “Zack” Darring
While not much is known about Keke Wyatt's ex-husband, Zackariah “Zack” Darring, he is reported to be a businessman hailing from Indianapolis, Indiana. A report by The Sun reveals that Zackariah was Keke’s first childhood boyfriend. However, it is unclear when he and Keke first began dating. Keke tied the knot with Zackariah soon after the singer’s divorce from her second husband, Michael Jamar Ford, on October 17, 2018.
In a post on her Instagram page, Keke once revealed the story of her rekindled romance with Zackariah. She called him an angel placed in her life by God. The singer believed that they were brought back together thanks to true love. She said:
“God placed an angel in her life by the name of Zackariah Darring. He just so happens to be her very first childhood boyfriend who grew up with her in Indianapolis, IN. Life separated them, and true love has brought them back together.”
When they reconnected, Keke found out that Zackariah had been celibate for 6 years and was praying for a wife. She added:
“After reconnecting with him, surprisingly she found out that he had been single and celibate for 6 years praying for his wife; never in a million years did she think that she was the wife that he was praying for.”
During their marriage, Keke Wyatt and Zackariah Darring welcomed two children together, Ze’Kyah Jean and Ke’Riah David. Ke’Riah was born in January 2020. Meanwhile, Ze’Kyah was born two years later, in May 2022. Keke had previously revealed that their second child was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder, trisomy 13, before his birth.
Keke Wyatt’s marriage to Zackariah Darring lasted for 5 years. Fans began speculating that she might have split with Zackariah when she was spotted out with a man named Anthony Whitehead. When the singer was asked if he was simply her friend and nothing more, she replied, “A girl can’t just have a friend? Stop with all that. Okay, ‘cause, like, I’m out here just chilling. Can’t just chill, have fun — I’m just having fun, chilling. That part.”
When she was directly asked about where Zackariah was, she quipped that she doesn't have a husband. Keke doubled down on her statement by telling her fans to “Go get him,” and “Let him choke your ass.” Later, Keke clarified her relationship status to The Shade Room by saying, “I am divorced and so happy to be free from that bondage and abuse!”

Keke Wyatt was arrested in Georgia on three serious offences. A report for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office said that she was busted on September 20, 2026, following which she was booked into the Henry County jail for terroristic threats, simple assault, and cruelty to children.
Keke was released two days after her arrest, on September 22, 2026, after posting a USD 1,050 bond. Now, after the news of her arrest made headlines and shocked her fans, Keke Wyatt took to Instagram a while back to address it and clarify the charges against her. An excerpt from the note that she posted can be read as:
“Contrary to information being circulated, the Henry County court documentation reflects one charge: Simple Assault.”
