UFC commentator Daniel Cormier shared a now-deleted X (formerly Twitter) post showing Eric asking whether the fights at the UFC Freedom 250 White House event were "rigged." The controversy erupted on June 14, 2026, just hours before the mixed martial arts main fight card took place on the South Lawn. 

In the messages, Eric was also seen allegedly seeking inside information about potential injuries or Daniel Cormier's predictions for the fights. Lara Trump (maiden surname Yunaska) is an American political figure and former television host. She is best known as the wife of Eric Trump, the third child of Donald Trump. Born on October 12, 1982, in Wilmington, North Carolina, Lara is 43 years old as of June 2026. It makes her almost two years older than her hubby, Eric. Lara has tried her hand at many things and has had several career transitions. She worked as a story producer for the television news program, Inside Edition from 2012 to 2016.

Lara later switched to Trump Productions, where she produced and hosted Real News Update, a webcast supporting Donald Trump's presidency. In February 2025, she debuted her own weekly Saturday-night talk show on Fox News, titled My View with Lara Trump. She also hosted the podcast, The Right View. After gathering a lot of experience in television hosting, Lara moved to the best venture. She is currently working as a political strategist for the Republican Party. Her influence in the political scene earned her the title of 'GOP power couple' alongwith her husband, Eric.

Eric Trump and Lara Trump's love story began in 2008 when they met through mutual friends in downtown New York City. Interestingly, she shared on her podcast, The Right View, that she was unaware of his family background and political influence at that time. Back then, Eric was working for his father at the Trump Organization and Lara was working as a TV producer for Inside Edition. She recalled that the only aspect of Eric that caught her attention at first sight was his 6'5" height. She stated:

"When I first met Eric, I did not know who his dad was. I didn't know his last name initially. I just knew I met some really tall guy out."

Nevertheless, they chatted and developed mutual feelings. Despite the immediate connection, the couple did not officially begin dating until three months later.

After five years of dating, Eric proposed to Lara on July 4, 2013, during a walk on the grounds of the Trump Seven Springs estate in Bedford, New York.
