Who is Gaurika Bishnoi?

Gaurika Bishnoi is one of India's leading women golfers. She has built an impressive career over the years through her consistent performance. She hails from Gurugram, Haryana. Gaurika first showed interest in sports through tennis. But, she eventually turned to Golf. According to reports, her younger brother played an important role in introducing her to the sport, as they both used to train together at the famous DLF Golf and Country Club. 

Later, Gaurika Bishnoi became one of the leading players on the Hero Women's Pro Golf Tour. In turn, she won multiple professional titles across India. At the same time, she is ranked India's No. 1 female golfer in both 2017 and 2019. One of her most obvious victories reportedly came in Mysuru, where she shot a 4-under-par 66. Apart from golf, Guarika has also focused on academics. She also holds a degree in Economics from Jesus and Mary College. 

At present, Guarika is competing internationally on the Ladies European Tour while representing India in Women's golf. Her growing international exposure has also made her one of the most successful golfers in the country. But despite her individual success, Gaurika is often seen supporting Aaron at major international golf tournaments across the world. 

Inside Aaron Rai and Gaurika Bishnoi's love story 

Aaron Rai and Gaurika Bishnoi reportedly met for the first time through their shared interests in golf. Also, they have been connected through DLF Golf and Country Club in India. Although the couple has kept most of the details of their relationship private, golf fans first noticed them together during the 2025 Masters Par-3 Contest at Augusta National. At the event, Gaurika was seen wearing the traditional white caddie outfit while she carried Aaron's bag ahead of his Masters debut. Soon, the video went viral, and Aaron invited her to take a shot.

Later, Gaurika's attempt landed even closer to the pin than Aaron's ball. The audience and commentators immediately praised her swing; many of them joked that she might be a better golfer than him. Eventually, after a few months, the couple tied the knot in July 2025 during a lavish Indian wedding ceremony at Hedsor House near London.

Since then, they have continued to support each other in their careers. In fact, at one moment, Aaron even stepped in as Gaurika's caddie during the Hero Women's Indian Open in late 2025. Later, he credited his wife with bringing peace and stability to his life during a difficult phase.
