There's nothing more fun and relaxing than reminiscing good old days and cherishing the throwback memories. For Bollywood lovers, throwback pictures and videos of their favourite celebrities are a sheer delight and they just makes their days. As a throwback treat, we have for you is an adorable unseen video of Shah Rukh Khan, when he brought his daughter, Suhana Khan to his office and she made fun of his fashion sense. Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan had welcomed their princess, Suhana Khan on May 22, 2000, and since then, their beautiful girl has been ruling not only her star parents’ world but the hearts of their fans too.
For a working parent, it is very important to spend 'quality time' with their children, especially during their formative years. Shah Rukh Khan, the father of three adorable kids, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan, made sure to do so despite his hectic work schedule. More than a father, Shah Rukh is his kids' friend and he had often talked about the same in his interviews and on social media. For instance, a few weeks ago, Shah Rukh had hosted an #AskSRK session on his Twitter handle and was asked, "Sir, you once told on KwK (Koffee With Karan) that you have no friends and you don’t know how to maintain friendships. Would you still say the same?" To this, Shah Rukh had retorted, "Nahi ab mere bachche mere dost hain."
A throwback video that's going viral on social media takes us back to the early 2000s when Suhana Khan was a little girl and had visited her father, Shah Rukh Khan's office. As Shah Rukh showed her around, he then asked her to say how her mother, Gauri Khan calls out to him. Suhana, very adorably, imitates Gauri and screamed, "Shah Rukh, eat your food." Suhana also revealed that Gauri calls Shah Rukh as 'Shah'. Shah Rukh then pointed towards himself in the poster of his film, Asoka and tells Suhana that she looks like him. The video then shifts to Suhana, sitting on Shah Rukh's lap and she makes fun of his style statement, trolling his ripped shirt by calling it "Phata hua kurta". This is indeed a precious memory of Shah Rukh and Suhana!
In 2018, Shah Rukh Khan had completed 26 years in the industry and to mark the special occasion, he had posted a video, comprising what he has learnt over the years. One of the prominent milestones he had achieved in his journey is of fatherhood, not once, not twice but thrice. Shah Rukh had relived the birth of his 'Sugar, Spice And Everything Nice' trio, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. Reminiscing Suhana's birth and how the millennium brought two babies to him, Shah Rukh had said, "The new millennium brought in two new babies. One was a pretty girl we named Suhana lovingly. "Pleasantness", love, happiness. The second was Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani. This year taught me the importance of risk-taking and obviously, the beauty of fatherhood all over again."
Recalling the year 1997, Shah Rukh Khan had begun with how he used to tell his elder son, Aryan Khan that he was delivered by a stork, "In 1997, apart from being blessed with your love, a stork had delivered my first baby, Aryan. And I still tell him that he was delivered by a stork though he is old enough to know how babies are made, or at least I hope so." Fast forward to 2013, Shah Rukh had reminisced, "2013 made me shake off the sadness, play a mithaiwala and "get on the train, baby". Speaking of which, I was visited by the stork again, with my beautiful little angel, little AbRam. The next Happy New Year made some people laugh and very many cry, but as long as my 'Dilwala' AbRam giggled at his father's shenanigans, I decided to shut off the negativity (and believe you me, there was lots and lots of negativity)."
In a 2018 interview with the Vogue, Suhana Khan had spoken about the impact of fame on her childhood and why she hated the attention. She had stated, "I realised quite early on that it was different for us. But I never really thought about my dad being famous. When I was about five, he would come and drop me to school, and people would point and stare. He wasn’t being addressed as Suhana’s dad, which is what I wanted. It confused me. He would want to hug me, and I would push him back in the car. I hated the attention, it made me very self-conscious."
Cut to today, Suhana is a social media sensation, who is gearing up for her debut in Bollywood, following the footsteps of her father!
