Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are two of the most famous names in Bollywood. The former was once known for his reputation as a casanova and his romantic relationships with top actresses in Bollywood, including Katrina Kaif, were the talk of the town. After his breakup with Deepika Padukone, Ranbir began dating Katrina, who had previously ended her relationship with Salman Khan. As per reports, Ranbir and Katrina dated for seven years, and finally parted ways in 2016. At present, Ranbir Kapoor has been happily married to Alia Bhatt since April 2022. Meanwhile, Katrina has tied the knot with the love of her life, Vicky Kaushal and the couple celebrated their 2nd marriage anniversary on December 9, 2023.
We have recently come across a clip from the promotional event of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s film, Rajneeti. The two were accompanied by Manoj Bajpayee as well. In the video, the three actors were sitting on chairs, while Katrina encountered some trouble with her microphone. As the actress was fixing her mic, Ranbir was seen telling her, “Tera mic kyu girta rehta hai, you want help?” Then Katrina snapped at him and said, “Don’t do things like that”. Ranbir, who was known for being funny and jovial, further mimicked what the actress said and the latter was seemingly angry at the actor for his behaviour. However, Ranbir Kapoor did not stop at that and further said, “Ladti rehti hai hamesha.”

Ranbir once opened up about his love for Katrina and how much he admired her. In an interview with Vogue India, he shared that he fell in love with Katrina while filming Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. He also added that Katrina has been the most inspiring and motivating factor in his life after his parents. As per several media reports, in 2016, Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif parted ways either during the filming or release of Jagga Jasoos. Post-break-up, Katrina had called him a difficult person to work with.
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif had some major releases in 2023. The former is soaking in the success of his film, Animal, which was released in December, and his other film, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has done fairly well since its release in March.
