The decision to bring back the old lead pair, Wahaj and Yumna Zaidi, for a new season of Tere Bin was a testament to their popularity. However, amidst this professional triumph, whispers about the state of Wahaj's foggy personal life have started to circulate.
For the unversed, Wahaj Ali is married to the love of his life, Sana Farooq. The duo tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony back on March 3, 2016. And a year later, the couple embraced parenthood as they welcomed their daughter, Amirah Ali, into the world. Since their wedding, Wahaj and Sana have made frequent public appearances. They were also regular in each other’s social media handles, but for some time now, the couple’s social media postings with each other have significantly gone down.

A Reddit thread is recently making rounds on the discussion platform, highlighting that after 2020, Wahaj has abruptly stopped posting about his wife and kid. Wahaj’s professional career took off in 2020-21, so it seems quite off that the actor suddenly stopped posting about his wife after attaining success. Wahaj previously used to post many pictures with his wife, Sana and their daughter, so it is bizarre that he suddenly stopped doing so. Netizens highlighted that he stopped posting about his family ever since Wahaj’s career took off, and fans started to ship him with his co-star, Yumna Zaidi.
Another user highlighted that Wahaj’s wife is present at all of his milestone achievement parties, and her pictures are shared by Yumna Zaidi and Maya but never by Wahaj. Also, Sana frequently interacts with Wahaj’s fans, so it’s not like she shies away from media attention. However, another user shared that Wahaj might be protecting Sana from the scrutinising gaze of fans as Sana is not from the industry, and public mockery may affect her to a larger extent. Many are even scared that there might be some trouble in their paradise.

Wahaj once, in Samina Peerzada's show, Rewind, revealed that he met Sana at an internship programme and immediately fell in love with her. Over time, Sana too fell for him, and the duo decided to tie the knot, but their family did not align with their plan. So the two had to convince their family, and Wahaj even cried in front of them to let him marry Sana. After months of coaxing, the families agreed, and the two tied the knot in an intimate ceremony.
