Both the hubby and wifey spare no effort to express their respect and love. And something similar happened yesterday i.e. on May 01, 2018. It was Anushka Sharma’s 30th birthday and Virat Kohli made sure that it turns out to be the most memorable and special birthday for the wife.
In the on-going eleventh season of the Indian Premier League, Virat led his team, Royal Challengers Bangalore, to victory against Mumbai Indians by 14 runs. That surely came as a big relief to the RCB fans as the team hasn’t had quite a luck in the IPL 2018. However, beyond the fans, it was Anushka who must have been the most elated in the stadium as Virat dedicated this win to Anushka as a birthday gift. Post the match, talking about leading his men to victory, Virat said, “My wife is here, it’s her birthday and it’s a little birthday gift to her. I’m glad she could enjoy the win watching from here and it’s very special to achieve 2 points in front of her”.
Anushka was present at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, the entire time the match was held. She kept cheering for hubby Virat as the captain navigated his team through a much-needed win. Earlier, Virat took to his Instagram handle and wished Anushka sweetly on the occasion of her birthday. He posted the following picture and captioned it, “Happy B'day my love. The most positive and honest person I know. Love you.”
And in fact, post the RCB vs MI match, Virat perhaps organised a small birthday party for wifey Anushka. Anushka’s latest Instagram post thanking Virat for making it so special for her suggests the same. Anushka shared the following picture and captioned it beautifully, “Best birthday with the bestest, kindest, bravest man in the world . Love you for making it so special my love!”
Fans had been waiting for a while for Anushka’s first birthday post-marriage, eagerly hoping to witness a grand birthday party! But because both Virat and Anushka are so busy, they rarely get time for each other. Along the similar lines, a source was earlier quoted as saying, “Anushka and Virat hardly get time with each other, given their packed schedules. So they decided to make the most of her birthday. Anushka will fly down to Bangalore on April 24 to spend some quality time with Virat. After spending a week or so in Bangalore, she will fly to the US for a one-and-a half-month-long schedule of Zero”.
