Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in the Six Senses Fort Barwara, near Ranthambore, Rajasthan. Their wedding was no less than a fairytale and looked every bit dreamy. However, both Vicky and Katrina prefer to maintain an extremely low-key life. So much so, that merely a few reports and glimpses had surfaced on the media when Vicky was dating Katrina. But ever since their wedding, they have been constantly teasing millions of fans with stunning glimpses of their lives, which are simply couple goals. We yet again stumbled upon an old interview, wherein the actor shared how he and his wife spend their off days at home.
In an old interview with Bollywood Bubble, Vicky Kaushal was asked who amongst him and Katrina Kaif is the lazy one. To this, the doting husband, didn't step back from revealing the mentioned and replied, "If I am not working and if I am at home, I am the lazy one.” Vicky shared that although he is the lazy one between him and Katrina, when they used to be chilling at home together, it is like a party of two leisure-loving people. He called his wife a 'monster' and also praised her. He further mentioned how his wife is very disciplined, and proof of the same is often found in the actress's honest revelations about her daily routine. He shared:
“When we are both at home and we are chilling and we don’t have to go out for work or whatever, then we are both lazy. It’s beautiful, it’s really like a party of two lazy people. But she’s like a monster when she’s required to be disciplined. Like, she’s a monster.”

In the same conversation, the actor also shared how Katrina is not easy to please as well. Vicky mentioned Katrina's nature of being picky about everything, including food, clothes and others, and he even talked about her refined taste. However, calling his wife 'peculiar', Vicky mentioned:
“She’s like that when it comes to certain matters, but there are certain matters she’s very picky about. Like when it comes to her food, or when it comes to her clothes. Sometimes, she’s very easy on the clothes, but she has got the taste. She is very peculiar.”
Recently, Vicky Kaushal graced the controversial chat show, Koffee With Karan 8, along with Kiara Advani and opened up about his last-minute proposal to his ladylove, Katrina Kaif. Vicky mentioned that during his courtship period with Katrina, he never got the chance to propose to her. Talking about the special moment on the show, Vicky revealed that he had planned everything at the last hour. He told that the first night they reached their resort in Sawai Madhopur, he immediately thought about the proposal. Then, he organised a private moment for the two, called her for a special dinner and went down on his knees. Explaining more about it, Vicky revealed:
“It was dramatic, but it was not as well planned as Sid and Kiara. It was very last-minute. I had been warned by everybody that if you don’t propose, it’s something you’ll have to be prepared for the rest of your life to hear about. I did it one day before wedding. Yeah, we were there, and then on the first night that we reached there, we planned a special dinner. It was a beautiful setup and everything. There was dinner just before any of the friends or families could come. It was just us, so, yeah, it happened there.”

Ahead of the release of Vicky Kaushal's movie, Sam Bahadur, on November 29, 2023, the makers hosted a special screening of the same. Thus, to support her husband, Katrina also marked her presence there. For the night, the actress opted for a black-hued strapless velvet midi dress and looked simply gorgeous. The dress featured a body-hugging silhouette, which accentuated her perfectly toned physique. She teamed her look with a pair of tie-up heels, soft makeup, including blushed cheeks, nude lipstick and thin strokes of eyeliner and an open straight hairdo. On the other hand, Vicky looked dapper in a black shirt paired with black pants and a black jacket. Katrina and Vicky were not only twinning that evening but also radiated pure love while mushily posing with each other for the paps' camera.
