Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had tied the knot on December 9, 2021, at the lavish Six Senses Fort, Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. They had a dreamy and magical wedding affair that had lasted for three days from December 7, 2021 to December 9, 2021.
The couple, Katrina and Vicky had broken the news of their marriage after keeping it under the wraps and securing it from the media glares through a post on Instagram. They had taken to their respective IG handles and had written:
"Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together."

On December 18, 2021, Vicky Kaushal took to his Instagram handle to share a selfie where he can be seen sitting in his car, looking absolutely dapper in a black hoodie, sunglasses and a cap. Vicky shared the post with a coffee and a clapboard emoticon in the caption which depicted that he kickstarted his day with a coffee and then headed off for his shooting floors. However, fans missed their favourite 'bhabhi' of the Tinseltown, Katrina Kaif.
As soon as the Uri: The Surgical Strike actor shared the photo on his social media handle, fans bombarded him with questions regarding Katrina Kaif. One of the followers commented, "Bhai bhabhi nahi dikh rahi photo me." While another one wrote, "Katrina Bhauji kaha hain bhaiya?" Another fan requested Vicky to post a picture with Katrina.

He had taken to his IG story and had shared a glimpse of him holding a bowl of sooji ka halwa. He had written atop the picture with a couple of kiss emoticons:
