Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif seem madly in love and are one of the most adored couples in Bollywood. The duo has been setting some serious couple goals with their heartfelt posts on social media for one another. Recently, the Uri: The Surgical Strike actor gave an interview and shared his thoughts about his married life. He also spoke about how marrying Katrina changed him as a person.
Vicky is very candid about his life. The Govinda Naam Mera actor admits in an interview with Lifestyle Asia that he is not a perfect son, husband, friend, or actor, but he thinks that becoming one is his constant goal. Speaking about the same, Vicky said:
“So, I don’t think I’m a perfect husband. I don’t think I’m perfect in any way, but I try to be the best version of a husband I can be at any given moment. Of course, tomorrow I will be better than I was yesterday but I always try to do the best that I can.”

In the same interview, Vicky Kaushal claimed that he had learned much more in the last year with his wife, Katrina Kaif than when he was single. Vicky continued and said he feels that all his hostile areas are being filled with positivity. Talking about the same the actor stated:
“You learn a lot when you start living with a person and when you have a companion. I think in the past year, I’ve learned so much more than the years I was single because it’s just beautiful how you start understanding another person’s perspective and that makes you truly grow as a person.”
Vicky Kaushal also expressed his gratitude towards his fans and the satisfaction he gets from reading such beautiful words about him. The Masaan actor claimed that he thinks being in love makes him a better person, which is what he is emitting. Vicky further praised his wife, Katrina Kaif, and talked about his family's importance to him. He believes this love is what reaches his audience. The actor said:
“I believe that a person in love is always the best version of themselves, and I guess that’s what I’m radiating. My wife is wonderful. My family is very important to me. I’m madly in love with life. That’s probably what comes out. I believe that is what reaches the audience.”

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal exchanged vows in a cosy but opulent event at Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, on December 9, 2021. Their love story started when, in one of the episodes of the Koffee with Karan season 6, the Phone Bhoot actress acknowledged that she would love working with Vicky and that the two of them would look great together. In reaction, Vicky was quite flattered and made a sweet fainting motion when he arrived on the show. What began as a joke on Koffee With Karan evolved into a lovely reality, culminating in the couple's fantasy wedding.
When Vicky and Katrina later shared the stage at an awards event in 2019, Vicky addressed the actress, "How's the josh!" and Katrina replied, "High sir!" in response. Vicky then sang a Bollywood hit song, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, sarcastically and asked for her hand, which made everything even cuter.
