For the past few weeks, the wedding buzz of Bollywood actors, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have been doing rounds in the media. Not just that, a few days back, a report had also stated that the duo has finalised a flat in a plush area of Juhu, Mumbai, where the celebrity duo, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli reside.
As it is reported that wedding bells will be ringing soon for Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, the duo is leaving no stone unturned to get the best for themselves. Whether it is getting engaged in an intimate ceremony at director, Kabir Khan's home on Diwali or deciding on their wedding outfits, they have got it all covered. Not just that, they have also booked a flat to stay after their wedding and are zeroing in on the decor of their new home.

According to a report by ETimes, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have booked a flat on the 8th floor in an apartment in Juhu. On reaching the place, a source over there revealed that if one wants to buy a house in the apartment, then they have to book the entire floor. The source also shared that the work regarding the decor of the house is going on at a good pace and Vicky and Katrina are expected the occupy their new abode around December.
Going further, the source also shared that Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have been visiting their new home quite often to supervise the decor. While Katrina accompanies Uri: The Surgical Strike actor, she also drops by alone sometimes. The portal quoted its aide as saying:
''Sometimes she comes with Vicky, sometimes alone."

A few days back, a report by Pinkvilla had stated that in August 2021, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal had visited Juhu's plush high rise where the power couple, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli reside. After taking a quick look around the neighbourhood, KatVick (as called by their fans) were quite impressed with the property. After that, they had paid multiple visits to the flat and had ended up finalising the deal. The portal had also suggested that they will be staying in this home after their wedding and will be neighbours to Virat and Anushka.
While Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have remained tight-lipped about any reports regarding their wedding, a real estate agent, Varun Singh had talked to News 18. In the conversation, he had shared that the actor had rented out the Juhu apartment in July along with some deposit money. Sharing the details about the same, the real estate agent had said:
“Vicky has rented an apartment in Juhu’s Rajmahal, an ultra-luxurious building, for a period of 60 months, that is 5 years. He rented the 8th-floor apartment in July 2021. The security deposit paid by Vicky Kaushal is close to Rs 1.75 crore and the rent for the initial 36 months is Rs 8 lakh per month. For the next 12 months, it is Rs 8.40 lakh per month, and for the remaining 12 months, Vicky Kaushal will pay a rent of Rs 8.82 lakh per month.”

For the uninitiated, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are rumoured to tie the knot at Six Senses Fort Barwara, which is a resort in Sawai Madhopur.
