In her personal life, Vanessa tied the knot with Cole Tucker in December 2023, after dating him for more than two years. On March 10, 2024, Vanessa Hudgens graced the red carpet of the 2024 Oscars in a black full-sleeved floor-length gown, which she accessorised with a white gold necklace, along with matching diamond earrings and rings. Vanessa and Cole sparked rumours of a budding romantic relationship after the actress shared a picture of herself on November 22, 2020, holding a huge rose, captioning it as “Date night.” On the same night, the duo was photographed together, while they were holding hands. In 2021, during an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the High School Musical alum talked about the Major League Baseball outfielder, Cole Tucker, and said:
“He's just kind of perfect for me. I am [happy]. I really am. I think that it's also so important to stay grateful for everything that you have in life. I've been making that a priority, and I feel like it's just been making magic happen all the more."
In February 2023, Vanessa and Cole, in a collaborative post on Instagram, announced that they got engaged. In the pictures, Cole lovingly embraced his ladylove, while she was seen happily flaunting her chunky diamond ring. In another glimpse, Vanessa gave a zoomed-in view of her sparkling, emerald-cut engagement ring. The post was captioned as:
“YES. We couldn’t be happier.”

Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker chose Azulik City of Arts in Tulum, Mexico, as their wedding location. The duo said ‘I Do’ to each other in a jungle wedding. For the ceremony, the actress wore a white plunging neckline satin dress paired with a long veil, and her groom, Cole, opted for a white pantsuit. In an interview with Vogue, the actress talked about her intimate wedding ceremony and said:
“I would also say to everyone: Write your own vows and read them. It is the most beautiful thing ever in a relationship to be that open and vulnerable and raw in front of all of the people you love proclaiming your love. It’s just beautiful. I loved it.”
