A while back, his wife, Natalie, took to her social media to share a series of snaps from her wedding. In the wedding photo dump, the couple was seen kissing, holding hands and standing next to their 'best boy', their beloved pet dog, Greg.
In one of the snaps, Natalie was seen sitting on her husband Paul's lap, which was all things adorable. It seemed as if the star couple exchanged vows under palm trees and had a complete outdoor wedding celebration. However, it was Natalie's heart-melting caption that screamed that she got married to the love of her life. It read:
"Mr and Mrs and the Best Boy, Greg."

In July 2025, Paul Wesley's wife, Natalie Kuckenburg, announced her engagement to the actor. She had posted a monochrome snap of her engagement ring and had written, "Yes and forever". It is interesting to note that the couple was first linked together when they were found spending an entire day on a yacht. This was while they were vacationing on the Amalfi Coast.
It was months later that Paul Wesley, on Live with Kelly and Mark, mentioned that he had asked Natalie about marriage at an Italian spot where they had first gone on a date. The actor had revealed that it was fantastic and a complete surprise for Natalie. In his words, he explained:
"We did go back to this one hotel in Italy that was our first date years ago. And so when I said we were going there, she sort of was like, ‘Oh, I asked her after the fact, ‘Did you expect it?’ And she was like, ‘Yeah, I kind of had a feeling.’ But she still broke down in tears."
Natalie Kuckenburg had once even explained why the proposal spot held a very special place in her heart. She had mentioned in an Instagram post back in July 2025 that she and Paul had come to this hotel 3 years back for their very first trip together and immediately fell in love with the place.
