Bollywood actress, Vaani Kapoor made her acting debut in Bollywood with the film, Shudh Desi Romance in 2013. Since then, she has never looked back and given one after the other power pack performances in Befikre, War, Shamshera and others. Apart from her acting, Vaani is also loved for her jaw-dropping transformation and fitness regime. As per reports, she has also lost around 75 kilos. However, a section of netizens did not like her latest appearance at the second edition of the Pinkvilla Style Icons Awards 2023. They trolled her for hiring a lady to hold her dress from behind.
On April 7, 2023, Vaani Kapoor graced the second edition of the Pinkvilla Style Icons Awards 2023. She wore a powder blue shimmery dress which featured a bustier body, a thigh high-slit and a long trail. She teamed her look with a top-knot messy bun, pump heels and subtle makeup, including defined eyes, glittery eyeshadow, blushed cheeks and glossy lips. In a video which surfaced on the internet, Vaani was seen entering the event venue with utmost confidence. However, her dress' long trail was seen carried by a lady behind her. Check out:

As soon as the video was posted on social media, Vaani was massively trolled for hiring a lady to carry her dress' trail. While some netizens felt pity for people like the lady to walk behind the celebs and help them in handling their clothes. Coming to Vaani's sartorial choices, she knows how to stun in all her public appearances. Earlier, on March 6, 2022, Vaani had appeared at the ITA (Indian Television Academy) Awards 2022, and her look caught our attention. Taking to her Instagram handle post the event, she shared stunning pictures of herself from the award function.

In the pictures, the actress looked gorgeous in a uniquely designed black geometric sequin and feathers saree from the shelves of the designer, Manish Malhotra. She paired her look with a printed blouse with a plunging neckline and shimmery black straps. Vaani completed her look with minimal makeup, including kohl-rimmed eyes, blush on cheeks, nude lipstick, a bindi and middle-parted loose tresses.
Vaani’s uniquely designed black geometric sequin saree adorned with shimmery borders and multi-coloured feathers gave a classy look. Upon doing some research, we found the saree is available at the designer, Manish Malhotra’s official website and priced at a whopping amount of Rs. 74,000.
