Ram Charan and Upasana Kamineni are enjoying the best phase of their lives as they are going to be parents soon. Upasana, who is taking her pregnancy as a celebration, has recently talked about the myth surrounding pregnancy. In a recent interview, the stunning entrepreneur revealed why pregnancy and motherhood cannot be managed along with a career.
While speaking to Pinkvilla, Upasana Kamineni talked about redefining her pregnancy journey. Sharing details about debunking various myths about pregnancy, Upasana revealed how she still fits in her old clothes and shared:
“I think pregnancy has to be a celebration and I have been enjoying this journey as you can see am jet-setting around the world and I'm trying to redefine it for myself, and my doctor has given me a plan where I have to think about what I eat, eat nutritious food and not for two but just for me. So I can still fit into my clothes, and I'm not wearing that many maternity clothes and fitting into my regular clothes...I feel great about that. It's been a great journey.”

A few days back, Ram Charan hosted a teddy bear-themed baby shower for his wife, Upasana, and the latter shared a video from the same on her IG handle. For the ceremony, Upasana opted for a white-hued maxi dress, whereas Ram twinned with her in a white shirt and matching pants. The venue was done in a neutral tone, while the tables were beautifully decorated with teddy bears and white flowers. Upasana cut a three-tiered cake decorated with brown teddy bears, featuring a placard with "Upsi and RC" written on it.
Upasana Kamineni is one of the most successful entrepreneurs. Apart from being a successful businesswoman, Upasana is very traditional in her approach. The Vice Chairperson of Apollo Life and the Editor-in-Chief of B Positive magazine, Upasana spent a day with the most important woman of her life after she got to know about her pregnancy. After announcing her pregnancy, Upasana posted pictures on her social media handle, where she was seen posing with her grandmother, her mother, and her aunts.

Earlier, in an interview with the Human of Bombay, Upasana Konidela opened up about embracing parenthood with Ram Charan. In the interview, Upasana shared how she and Ram didn’t let their family and society’s pressure affect their decision to embrace pregnancy. In her words:
“It was our mutual decision. As a couple, we didn’t let pressure hit us, whether it is from the society outside, our family or outsiders. Which says a lot about our relationship and how we are going to bring up our child as well."
