South Indian actor, Ram Charan and his wife, Upasana Kamineni are enjoying the best phase of their lives - parenthood. For the unversed, they embraced parenthood for the first time on June 20, 2023, with the arrival of their little mega princess, Klin Kaara Konidela. Now, as Upasana celebrated the first-ever Varalakshmi Vratham with her daughter, Klin Kaara, she shared an adorable picture with her. To note, Varalakshmi Vratham also called Varalakshmi Puja, is primarily performed by married Hindu women in South India. This puja is said to be the manifestation of goddess Lakshmi, who grants boons.
Taking to her IG handle on September 1, 2023, Upasana Kamineni shared an adorable picture with her daughter, Klin Kaara as they celebrated the first-ever Varalakshmi Vratham together. The picture was clicked in front of the beautiful puja setup while the pandit ji was also chanting mantras then. And Upasana was seen seated with her daughter behind the puja setup. While the doting mommy looked stunning in a maroonish red-hued kurta set, her baby girl looked adorable in a white lehenga choli. Sharing the picture, she wrote:
"Couldn’t have asked for more. My first Varalakshmi Vratham with my Klin Kaara."

On August 7, 2023, 48 days after her delivery, Upasana attended the first event and officially launched a children's healthcare at the grand event held at Apollo Hospitals in Jubilee Hills. At the event, she unveiled the mascot and logo in the presence of media and selected guests. During the announcement, she also shared her emotional journey of motherhood at the event. In a few pictures from the event, Upasana looked beautiful in formal outfits, including a crisp white shirt paired with a black pleated skirt. She completed her look with her signature hairstyle of a half ponytail and minimal make-up.
On August 15, 2023, Upasana Kamineni and Ram Charan along with their family, celebrated the first-ever Independence Day with their newest member, Klin Kaara. Taking to her IG handle, Upasana posted two adorable pictures of her daughter, Klin Kaara from the celebration. In the photos, the baby girl was wearing a white and yellow-hued dress. She could be seen hoisting the national flag with her amama, Shobana, and her thatha, Anil. The joy on Kiln Kaara's grandparents' faces was simply visible. Sharing the heartfelt photo, Upasana penned:
"Priceless moments with Amama & Thatha...KlinKaara’s first Independence Day."

Since Klin Kaara's birth, Ram and Upasana have been constantly updating their fans with cutesy glimpses from the latter's delivery and post-delivery period. For instance, on July 20, 2023, Ram dropped a priceless video from his wife, Upasana’s delivery. It featured various moments of the members of the Kamineni-Konidela family as they ecstatically waited for the arrival of the couple’s child. The video also contained a few glimpses of Upasana's final moments before she was wheeled into the OT for her C-Section delivery. Afterwards, we spotted the parent’s raw expressions while cradling their then-just-born daughter.
