Uorfi Javed is one of the famous fashion influencers who won millions of hearts with her stint in Bigg Boss OTT. Apart from this, she also became a household name for her acting chops in shows like Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The diva often hits the headlines with her out-of-the-box outfit ideas and becomes the target of massive trolling. But apart from all of that, Uorfi continues to rise high in her career. Recently, the actress appeared in Bollywood Bubble’s podcast, Let’s Talk and opened up about her casting couch experience.
In the podcast, Uorfi Javed revealed that in the film industry, there are a lot of predators. And as an actress, one must need to learn to say 'No' and should have that attitude else others will take advantage. Uorfi also added that she had been through a lot of such incidents where she should have said 'No', but she could not. Uorfi shared:
"The industry that we are in, is full of predators. We need to have that attitude, we need to say no, otherwise, people will take full advantage. Some people have even tried to do that. I have been through many incidents where I should have said ‘no’ but I couldn’t.”

In the same conversation, Uorfi Javed shared her experience of casting couch when she newly shifted to Mumbai. Talking about the same, Uorfi shared that in the early days of her career, she got an offer for an audition, and when she reached the place, the director asked her to act like his lover. The actress mentioned that, although there was no camera, she was asked by the director to hug him and come close to him. Uorfi added when she asked the director about the camera, he pointed at his head. Sharing that she learned an important life lesson from such an incident, Uorfi stated:
"I remember when I newly shifted to Mumbai, a director called me for an audition at his home. Without a camera, he told me, ‘Act like you are my lover and come close to me and hug me.’ I was like what kind of an audition is this? Where is the camera? But, instead of saying no, I just hugged him hesitantly and told him, ‘Sir, I am leaving’.”
Earlier, when Uorfi Javed paid a visit to the locked participants of Bigg Boss OTT 2, she revealed the reason behind wearing bold outfits. The gorgeousness, who was also seen in Bigg Boss, shared that when she got out of the same show within a week. Uorfi added that she used to cry out of pressure as she was the only one to earn in her family of seven members. The actress shared that then she noticed that she had been gathering attention because of her clothes, so it showered her with an idea to use this attention more.

During an old interview with the Humans Of Bombay, Uorfi Javed opened up about her traumatic past. She shared that her picture got uploaded to a porn site without her knowledge about the same. The diva mentioned that even her father who used to name her as a 'porn star' and used to tell their relatives that the porn site people were asking for Rs. 50 lakhs to get the picture removed. Uorfi also mentioned that despite being the victim, she was blamed and got beaten up for the same.
